Ghee can rightly be called as indian supper food.

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the leading cause of death globally.
An estimated 17.9 million people died from CVDs in 2019, representing 32% of all global deaths. Of these deaths, 85% were due to heart attack and stroke. Most cardiovascular diseases can be prevented by addressing behavioural risk factors such as:

Honey is one of the most consumed natural sweeteners. Unfortunately, most people use it in the wrong way with incompatible food combinations.
Such food combinations are as follows.
Honey and hot water: Honey is harvested in particular conditions in a suitable area. Most of the properties of honey are the result of its cultivation environment.
Heating or intaking honey with warm substances disturbs its natural composition and loses its enzymes, nutrients, and vitamins. In contrast, when heated honey or honey with hot substances are consumed, it sticks to the mucus membranes of the digestive tract and thereby produces toxins.
So, never take honey with hot substances or directly heat it.
Similarly, honey shouldn't be taken with Radish, ghee, and non-veg. When these foods are combined with honey, it leads to indigestion. Hence, you soon fall sick. However, as explained in the post, ghee can be combined with honey in specific proportions.
About 99.99% of the people think combination of ghee and honey is highly toxic.
But did you know both honey and ghee are mixed in adequate proportion to treat several diseases?
Ayurveda says that the equal amount of honey and ghee by weight is considered as harmful and not by volume.
1 teaspoon of honey = 3 teaspoons of ghee
This means one shouldn't take one teaspoon of honey and three teaspoons of ghee. However, combining a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of ghee isn't a wrong food combination.
So, combination of ghee and honey is considered safe only if taken in the adequate proportions.

Honey is quite different from other sweets. All sweets are heavy and cold. As a result, they dampen the digestive fire and slow down the digestion process.
Like other sweets, honey is also cold and heavy. However, despite its cold and heavy nature, it provides warmth and lightens the other substances. Hence, it digests fast.
So, whenever you're taking heavy meals, make sure to grab a teaspoon of honey before eating.
.
Have you ever eaten ice-creams, desserts, or sweets at the end of your meal? So, have you noticed indigestion, constipation, or unusual bowel movements?
Unfortunately, most people habituated to take sweets at the end of their meals. However, Ayurveda strictly opposes it. Ayurvedic expert Dhanvantari Tyagi said, "Not only food but the order and pattern in which we take food also has a deep link with digestion."
The proper food order is:
Sweet at the beginning of your meal, followed by salt and sour in the middle, and finally, end your meal with spicy or astringent foods.
SWEET-SALT/SOUR-SPICY/ASTRINGENT
However, if you take sweet in the end, it disrupts digestion. In contrast, when you take sweets like jaggery/honey at the beginning of your meals, it activates the digestive enzymes and makes digestion faster. Moreover, sweet takes longer to digest, so eating sweet at the end of your meals upsets your stomach eventually.
