Pranayama is a yogic practice of breath expansion and control through various techniques.
A regular practice of Pranayama brings a sense of tranquility and calmness, controls blood pressure and keeps stress and anxiety in check and also has many therapeutic benefits.
This class is ideal for people from all walks of life who are keen to work on themselves and build discipline.

Introducing 5 days Pranayama and Meditation course for Beginners.
In this program I will guide with the basics of breathing techniques with detailed explanations. This will be an interactive program where questions will be answered and variations of techniques will be given if required.
Towards the end of the program Guided Meditation will be conducted which is very efficient to reduce street and anxiety.

Concluding this year with an amazing 25 days Yoga Immersion Camp. It was so encouraging to see the dedication and commitment of all participants in the harsh weather!
Expressing gratitude Is a feedback to acknowledge the “Good”. It can create ripples of those positive actions in many folds. It can inspire someone to be better and more giving.
What about the “Bad” which you are receiving? Should you be thankful to that too? If you’re an aware person, You will know that you are an aggregate of all the good and bad experiences and encounters. Someone has struck your chord at a given point in life and you’ve taken that experience as a choice to be an evolved person thereafter. Practising gratitude on a daily basis makes you an aware person, reflection or “svadhyaya” helps you to process those emotions and experiences.

A daily reminder to relax and calm the nervous system. No matter how busy your schedule is, how important your role is and no matter how many miles you’re hitting on a treadmill.
Often we have heard people talking about burnouts, stress at workplace, energy draining by evening, work-life balance etc.
Well of course this need our attention but there is not much one can do about external environment.
What can you do for yourself?
Take a pause.
🍀 Sit and close your eyes, (if you can, then sit at a place with minimum distractions).
🍀 Unclench your jaws, relax your abdomen and scan your body for tightness, strain and stiffness.
🍀 Become mindful of your breathing, once the breath synchronises with your heartbeat, prolong your exhalations and let your body sink into the chair.
🍀 After few breaths, move your neck side to side (smooth and gentle movement) move your fingers and toes. With few blinks open your eyes.
Just 5 mins of investment will calm your body and mind and you will feel refreshed.
