As the holiday season draws to a close, many of us start to look forward to the new year. A new year is sometimes seen as an opportunity to make resolutions or that we aspire to accomplish- the ideal moment to introduce kids to goal-setting! According to research, setting such goals can help kids become more responsible, cultivate a "can-do" attitude, and boost their self-esteem.
One of our young co-hosts, 11-year-old Trayee shared this ‘Goal Sheet’ which can be used by both children and adults to plan ahead for the year #2023!
