Whether it is early in the morning or late at night, his flexibility, dedication and perseverance towards working, planning and moving the organization forward is unfathomable.

Our advisor, Mr. Santosh Phad has been the backbone of all our operations, giving us live insight into the Social Impact and Social Entrepreneurship sectors while helping us draw a roadmap for our organization too.

We wanted to dedicate this post towards the celebration of the immense contributions which he has brought and will keep bringing to our team.

Mr. Santosh Phad is the founder of the Thinksharp Foundation, bridging the Rural-Urban education divide.

One of the main reasons Project XLR8 started was because many of us wanted to help out but didn't know how to.

We want to eradicate this problem by making an accessible, easy-to-use database of all NGOs and volunteers for all ages. We request our whole and everyone who sees this post to register as a volunteer. Follow the steps below. Make India Better.
