Every posture done are not part of yoga text book.... Some of them are created by you yourself with hard work and practice..... This is how yoga works ☺️
When you start something new there is always a question of doubt in your mind, which are unanswered....
I would rather suggest take a step forward atleast you won't regret that you have never tried once...... Similarly those who still have that thought whether we add yoga in our schedule or not...??? My suggestion is give it a try you will never regret in life.
When you extend your family, you should always be ready to face any change. So here we are with the new logo.... A logo that defines us.....
While doing my certification course I never thought that one day I would literally need to do deep thoughts for a 'Logo'..... I just applied for the course to be productive during lockdown..... Now I receive calls and messages from different parts of the world to join my yoga sessions..... There is a long way to go, it's not easy but good things don't come easily.....
Moreover I need to learn more the knowledge I gained till date is just 1% of the the whole....... Hope I could enroll for more certification courses and upgrade my knowledge with the coming time....
