- This is a completely kidney friendly healthy recipe for ones dealing with chronic kidney disease
- Recipe:
Ingredients:
Yellow zucchini: half
Onion, chopped: 1 tbsp
Capsicum, chopped: 1 tbsp
Sweet corn, boiled: 1 tbsp
Tomatoes, chopped: 1 tsp
Salt: pinch
Red chilli powder (laal mirch): 1/8th tsp
Oil: 1 tsp
Method:
Chop zucchini into round tarts
Take a pan and saute it
Allow it to turn lighlty brown from both sides
Take it in a plate and allow it to cool down
Now in the same pan, take oil
Saute onion, capsicum, boiled corn and tomatoes together
Add pinch of salt and red chilli powder
Mix well
Now add this mixture over the zucchini tarts and serve
