You can also have edible barks. In our research we found it Almost every part of the pine can be eaten, including the pollen!!
1. Eating :
Almost all pines have edible seeds. All pine nuts are seasonal. So they won’t be available year-round. September and October. Enjoy your nuts raw, or toasted. Either way, they taste splendid and will provide you with nutrients.

Pine pollen is only available in the spring when the male cones flower. You can tell the male cones because they usually look like an upturned bunch of bananas covered in pollen. And that pollen is what you want.
Shake the pollen from each cone into a container (it may take a while).
The yellowish powdery substance makes a stew thickener. It can also work as a flour substitute, which can be used to bread and deep-fry other foods. Similar to pine nuts, this pollen is full of protein and vital nutrients that your body needs.

Pine needle tea, It’s simple, fast, and packed with vitamins and minerals.
It tastes great. Not bitter.
Gather a handful of needles and use a knife to dice them up into the small pieces.
Drop those pieces into a cup of boiling water and let them steep for several minutes. The water should turn a yellow-green color (like green tea). Strain out the needles and drink up.
4. Eating
It often comes as a surprise to people, but pine bark is an excellent survival edible. It tastes good when harvested and prepared correctly.
Cut small strips out of the bark from a multitude of pine trees. The outer bark of the tree IS NOT EDIBLE. Do not eat it.
It’s the inner, soft, whitebark that you want. To harvest this, use your knife and drive the tip of your knife into the bark hard with a rock or stick. With the same rock or stick, pound on the flat side of your blade, forcing the edge downwards, scoring a vertical line in the bark.
This bark cut out makes a long, thin, vertical rectangle.
Be sure to get both the outer bark, and the inner bark as best you can!
You can use your knife to scrape away any leftover inner bark once you remove the entire bark strip. Repeat this until you have enough inner bark to stop your hunger.

Digesting raw pine bark is so fibrous it can give you stomach cramps. So consuming it raw is possible, and an excellent way to get nutrients fast in a pinch, it’s not how you want to eat pine bark if there are other options available!
2. The second is to boil the bark:
Boiling the inner bark of a pine tree is the second least tasty option on the menu. But it gets the job done and without a lot of effort!
Boiling helps reduce the threat of stomach cramps, while still offering a quick easy way to prepare the bark. Plus, you can use the leftover water to boil up some pine needle tea!
3. The third is to fry the bark
Frying pine bark is one of the best ways to prepare it. Cut or rip the strips you collected into thin, pasta-like pieces.
Throw them in the frying pan with a little oil, butter, or animal fat over low heat, stir to prevent burning, and add salt to taste. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the flavor – like potato chips!
Don’t be one of those unfortunate souls who has died of starvation surrounded by a forest of edible pine trees.
A human can survive for a long time on nothing but pine trees. That may sound ridiculous, and like a poor diet, but it sure as heck beats the alternative!! Thanks to Adrian Blocker for suggesting this research!!

It's nutty and tastes like Maine landscape. We usually make pine bark chips, but lately we've actually been making flour. Wooden barks are cut for the dough. The smaller bark is easier to peel (smooth green bark, not the grayish grey/brown bark).

Care instructions: to maintain the quality of a handcrafted pinecone design, it is best to hang indoors or outdoors under a covered area out of the weather elements. Avoid moisture, high heat, and direct sun exposure. High heat could melt the glue over time. When exposed to moisture, pinecones will close slightly but do open back up once dry.

These are our basic steps of training class for villgers of Uttrakhand ; aim is employment generating for local villagers!!!
1.COLLECTING METHOD OF YOUR PINE CONES

If your working this art as a professional , you have to need set yourself collection method ,it is be valuable for working system as well . In this case you collect dry in a proper forms and shape size , according to Suneel Datt Kothari research they got they are many different varieties in Uttarakhand state but any type and shape have a meaning pine cones will work. If you don't have a pine tree in your near in your field , then you have to got and collect other village . Most of village of Uttrakhand specify Abondon.
2. PICK OFF CLASSIFICATION OF THE CORN; First you have to collect all item from deferent place and shapes , and got proper information to all corn convert into proper shape and method ,
3. THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP! To produce heating system,Line a any baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 200°. Place pine cones on tray and bake for 90 minutes.

सामान्य से दिखने वाला #चीड़ ( ) का #फल( ),
आपने अपने अनुभव में पाया कि,जब कोई भी व्यक्ति उत्तराखंड में आता है, तो उसके पैरों से टकराकर एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुंच जाता है,यह चीड़ का फल, परंतु किसी ने मानसिक पटल पर इसके द्वारा बनाए जाने वाले उत्पाद का एक विवरणात्मक व्यवसाय पहलू अभी तक किसी के मस्तिष्क में नहीं आया!!
कोठारी जी ही उत्तराखंड की भूमि पर प्रथम व्यक्ति हैं जो इस तरह की मुहिम पर कार्य कर रहे हैं।
दिनांक 10 फरवरी 2021 को कोठारी जी द्वारा गठित संस्था का गठन किया गया जिसका नाम का जन्म हुआ।
संस्था की कार्यकारिणी नीति:
1. चीड़ के फल को व्यवसायिक मुहिम से जोड़कर, स्थानीय लोगों की आजीविका का सर्जन करना है।
2. चीड़ के फल को व्यवसायिक मुहिम से जुड़ने के लिए, तीन दिवसीय पाठ्यक्रम( and program) का निर्माण किया गया, पाठ्यक्रम की उपयोगिता विश्व स्तर( )एवं गुणवत्ता( ) के साथ विश्व स्तर के उत्पादन( ) तैयार करना ।
3. चीड़ के फल को व्यवसायीकरण( एवं बाजारीकरण( )की मुहिम से जुड़ना भी है।
4. चीड़ के फल को आधार लेकर, नवीनतम प्रस्तुति(New of and ) के द्वारा उत्तराखंड की भूमि को विश्वस्तर की उत्पादन श्रृंखला से जोड़ना एवं प्रसारित करना।
5. चीड़ के फलों का उत्पादन प्राकृतिक रूप( of से अत्यधिक( ) उत्तराखंड भारत की भूमि पाई जाता है, इसकी उपयोगिता को आधार लेकर नवीनतम प्रस्तुति एवं सृजनात्मक कार्य।
6. चीड़ के फलों का आधार लेकर, जंगलों में लगने वाली आग से बचाव ( ) का प्रारंभिक विकल्प( के रूप वन्य वृक्ष एवं जीव जंतुओं का बचाव की दृष्टि से एवं रक्षात्मक पहलू भी कारीकारी मुख्य रूप कार्य का आधार लेकर, व्यवसायिक आधारित परिवर्तन (forms and design ) एवं संवर्धन ,विषय वस्तु का होना।
