So ...This week, Sirattiya Bora, A Thai lady after living in India for 15 years is actually cooking 2 types of Biryanis and korma with her twists on it.
After extensive travel and researches this is her take on one of the highest form of Indian cooking ......
Meal is Mutton pakki biryani with flavorful basmati and Chicken kachchi biryani with Bengal's very own gobindobhog rice...
from lucknow to Kolkata and Hyderabad to Dhaka We took our influence from everywhere for years and this is the result ....
accompanied by chicken korma and shahi tukda....
This is yearend and for a change 'only' for this week we have decided not to cook Thaifood
