Written by Victor E Frankl (A Psychiatrist, Neurologist and a Holocaust survivor), shows that how human mind is capable of designing concentration camps and gas chambers to burn millions and how the same human mind is capable of bearing immense suffering of concentration camps and still remain hopeful, dignified and sometimes even joyful and humorous irrespective of how gruesome the external circumstances are. A must read for those who are looking to find a meaning of their existence, a meaning larger than their physical, psychological, biological and social existence.

The only thing which matters is that “How do we respond to that suffering?” Do we act in difficult situations with dignity, keeping our morals and values pure and high! A “Problem Free” life does not exist, atleast on Planet Earth. Instead of wasting your precious time and energy in wishing for a life free of problems, start to invest your time and energy in “Solving” the current problems in your life. And don’t think once you solve “Current Problems” no problems will be there as the solutions of your current problems will lead to the next problems of your life. For example, if your current problem is “Buying a car” and you solve your current problem “by buying a car”, now the solution of your current problem will give birth to further problems like “How to pay the loan you took to buy the car” or “How to maintain it” on and on, it is an endless loop. One can say that “Whole human life is an endless journey of solving problems”!
