In an urban setting where life is fast-paced, and making time for each other is near impossible, the heart of ‘The Terrace at 111’ was to create a space that would foster a sense of unity and togetherness.

We took this opportunity to work with our clients to create a multi-purpose space that would suit all of their needs. Opulent guest suites, an indoor gym, a home spa, a family theater, an alfresco dining deck, a lounge, bar, lawn and a pool and whirlpool bath were seamlessly woven together, making the terrace of this home the perfect spot to come together!

We chose to use marble tile for the terrace bathrooms to help with ease of maintenance while still preserving the character of a luxurious stone.

Versatility at its finest! We designed this terrace lawn to serve an array of functions. From outdoor fitness, a spill-out space for parties, to a play area for the children, this space plays a crucial part in an urban setting, where ground-level spaces are often limited.

We created ample open shelving in this dining area. Curios and mementos thoughtfully adorn the shelves, while a coffee bar emerges as the focal point to this unit.

A striking eight seater live edge dining table takes centre stage, creating a balance between all the elements present in the most lived-in part of this home.

The most wonderful walk-in wardrobe!�

We created this luxurious walk-in wardrobe with backlit closets that allow the space to glow and come alive. His and her sections with floor length mirrors and an island in the centre make this space feel opulent, while still being functional. Ample storage makes the most of the space without it seeming crowded.

We designed this room for two energetic little boys who love to play, and dream, and game, and spend time doing all things that little boys do! We wanted to give them a place to make their own, with plenty of open space, ample surface area and smart storage.

From an open front kitchen that hosts a large island counter with bar stools, a striking eight seater live-edge table and a comfortable lounge area for the family to relax - this space was designed to bring everyone together, and be the centre point of this home.
