Indian Fish Korma Recipe | Fish Curry Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Process:
• 500 gm katla fish
• Mustard oil for fish fry
• 3-4 TBSP mustard oil for gravy
• 10-12 kaju/cashew
• 1 onion, 2-3 chillies, ginger, 2-3 garlic
• 2 dry red chillies
• 2bay leaves
• ½ cup whisked curd
• slitted green chillies
• ½ TSP sugar
• 1TSP roasted cumin seeds powder
• TSP black pepper
• 1TSP garam masala and mix it nicely
• butter tikki
• 10-12 kismis
Process:
Step 1:
• Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric. Keep it separate
Step 2:
• Heat the pan and add oil
• Add marinated fish (Marinade the fish with salat and turmeric) and fry it. Keep it separate
Step 2:
• Add 10-12 kaju/cashew and make a paste out of it. Keep it separate
• Add onion, chillies, ginger, garlic in a jar and paste it. Keep it separate
Step 3
• Heat the pan and oil and heat it properly
• Add 2 dry red chillies
• Add 2 bay leaves
• Sauté it for a few seconds
• Add onion, garlic paste and sauté and cook until oil separates.
• Add kaju paste and mix it nicely
• Add whisked curd and mix it nicely
• Add slitted green chillies
• Add ½ TSP sugar
• Add 1 TSP roasted cumin seeds powder
• Cook for 10-12 mints
• Add fried fish pieces one by one
• Add 1 TSP black pepper
• Add 1 TSP garam masala and mix it nicely
• Add butter
• Add kismis
• Cook for 7-8 mins
• Serve hot with rice
Mutton Beliram Recipe | Spicy Mutton Curry | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients
For Marinating Mutton
• 500 gm Mutton - curry cut
• 3 medium Onion - sliced
• 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste
• 2 fresh Green Chilli - slit in half
• 6-8 Black Peppercorns
• 2-3 Cloves
• 1 Black Cardamom
• 1 cup Curd
• 2 tsp Coriander Powder
• ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 tsp i Red Chilli Powder
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 TBSP Ghee
• 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds - crushed
• Coriander Leaves - chopped
• fresh Coriander Leaves
Process
Step 1
• For Marinating Mutton, black pepper, cloves, black cardamom, onion, curd, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic-green paste and mix everything properly then keep aside for at least 3 hours.
Step 2
• Add 3 TBSP oil and 1 TBSP ghee in a pan
• Add onion and sauté it properly until golden brown
• Now add the marinated mutton sauté it properly until the oil starts separating
• Add water cover it with a lid and cook until the mutton is completely cooked (stir it in between)
• Add 1 TBSP crushed coriander and cover with a lid
• Remove the lid then add chili and chopped fresh coriander leaves and stir it once

Ingredients:
• 250 gm jackfruit
• 1 medium size onion sliced
• 1 teaspoon grated ginger
• 1 teaspoon grated garlic
• 2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder (dhania powder)
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon jeera
• Salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon mustard oil / groundnut oil
• 1 cup of milk
• ½ TSP sugar
• Green chili
• 1 TBSP ghee
• ½ TSP garam masala
Recipe:
• Boil jackfruit with salt and turmeric, keep it aside
• Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves and add 1 TSP cumin seeds
• Add onion and sauté it until it becomes soft
• Add 1 TBSP ginger, garlic paste and mix it nicely
• Add 1 diced potato
• Add salt to taste and sauté it for few minutes
• Add 1 chopped tomato and mix it nicely
• Keep stirring for few minutes
• Add boiled jackfruit
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Add 2 TSP cumin powder
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add 2 TSP red chili powder
• Add 1 cup of milk
• Add ½ TSP sugar
• Add green chili
• Cover with a lid for few minutes
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Add ½ TSP garam masala

Dehati Mutton Recipe | Authentic Mutton Curry | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 kg mutton, cut into pieces
• 2 onions, finely chopped
• 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 2 green chillies, slit
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp coriander seeds
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp garam masala powder
• 1/2 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
• 2 tbsp oil
• Salt to taste
• Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin and coriander seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
2. Add chopped onions and green chillies to the pan and sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
4. Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes until the tomatoes become soft and mushy.
5. Add mutton pieces to the pan and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mutton turns brown.
6. Add garam masala powder and kasuri methi to the pan and mix well.
7. Add enough water to the pan to cover the mutton pieces. Cover the pan with a lid and let the mutton cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes or until it becomes tender.
8. Once the mutton is cooked, remove the lid and let the curry simmer for another 5-7 minutes to thicken the gravy.
9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or roti.

Mochar Ghonto Recipe | Authentic Bengali Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
• 700 gm whole mocha
• 1 potato
• 3 TBSP oil
• 2 bay leaves
• 2-3 dry chillies
• 1 TSP cumin seeds
• 1 diced potato
• salt to taste
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• 1 TSP red chilli powder
• 2 TSP sugar
• 2 green chills
• ¼ cup boiled chola/. Cook them with the spices for 3 minutes.
• Cover and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes
• Add 1 TSP homemade roasted cumin powder
• Add ½ TSP homemade garam masala/ (whole Bengal gram
• 1 TBSP ghee
• ½ TSP homemade garam masala
Process:
Step 1:
• Grease your palms with mustard oil to prevent the sticky sap from sticking to your hands.
• Remove outer bracts and collect the flower clusters. Repeat the process for each layer. (Calyx and pistil, Discard these two parts from all the florets)
• Save the inner core
• Chop the florets and inner core
• Dip the chopped florets and inner core in water for 3-4 hours
• Transfer the chopped florets and the chopped inner core to a pressure cooker.
• Add salt, turmeric, and water. Pressure cook everything on medium heat for 3-4 whistle.
• Strain the mocha. Let it cool for 30 minutes
• Mash the boiled mocha
Step 2:
• add oil in a pan and heat the oil
• Add 2 bay leaves
• Add 2-3 dry chillies
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds
• Fry it for few mints
• Add 1 diced potato
• Add salt to taste
• Fry it
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Sauté it for few mints
• Add mashed mocha
• Mix it nicely
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 2 TSP sugar
• Add green chillies
• Continue frying the spices until the raw smell goes away.
• Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes
• Stir gently
• Add boiled chola. Cook them with the spices for 3 minutes.
• Cover and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes
• Add 1 TSP homemade roasted cumin powder
• Add ½ TSP homemade garam masala
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Mix it nicely
• Serve with rice and mocha ghonto

Creamy Garlic Chicken breast:
Ingredients:
chicken breasts 250 gm
salt to taste
2 TSP black pepper
Lemon juice (1)
3 TBSP oil
1 TSP garlic paste
1 TSP ginger paste
1 cup of hot water
1 cup of fresh cream
1 TSP oregano
1 TBSP Butter
Process
Step 1:
Add 2 chicken breasts in a bowl & salt to taste
Add 2 TSP black pepper
Add lemon juice
Mix it nicely
Marinate it for 45 mints
Step 2:
Add 3 TBSP oil and heat the oil
Add marinated chicken breasts
Cook until golden brown in both sides
Keep it aside
Add 1 TSP garlic paste in the same pan
Add 1 TSP ginger paste
Saute it for few mints
Add 1 cup of hot water and wait for a boil
Add 1 cup of fresh cream and cook for 5 mints
Add 1 TSP oregano and mix it nicely
Salt to Taste
Add 1 tsp black pepper
Add chicken breast and cook for 2 mints in low flame
Once gravy is thick, add butter

• 2-3 Green chillies
• 1 ½ cup diced pumpkin
• ½ chopped spring onion
• 1 TSP roasted cumin powder
Process:
• Add oil in a pan and heat the oil
• Add 1 TSP panchforan, dry red chilli
• Sauté it for few mints
• Add ½ cup chopped beans
• Add ½ cup white radish
• Add 1 TSP turmeric powder
• Add 1 cup French beans
• Add 1 cup sweet potato
• Add ½ cup capsicum
• Add 1 ½ cup sliced onion
• Add 1 cup diced potato
• Fry it for 7-10 mints
• Add salt to taste
• Add ½ TSP sugar powder
• Add green chillies
• Keep stirring
• Add 1 ½ cup diced pumpkin
• Keep stirring for another 5-7 mints
• Cover with a lid until the vegetables are completely cooked
• Add chopped spring onion
• Mix it nicely
• Add 1 TSP roasted cumin powder
• Cover with a lid for another 5 mints
Serve hot with roti/paratha

Doi Maach Recipe | How To Make Katla Fish In Yogurt Curry | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
• 500 gm Katla Fish
• Oil
• Salt to taste
• 2 bay leaves
• ¼ TSP cumin seeds
• 2-3 cardamom, 2-3 cloves, 2-3 black pepper, cinnamon
• ½ Cup onion paste
• 1 TBSP garlic paste
• 2 TBSP poppy seeds paste
• ½ cup whisked curd
• ½ TSP green chilly paste
• ¼ TSP sugar
• 1 TSP garam masala
• 1 TBSP ghee
• 1 TSP black pepper
Process:
Step 1
• Marinate katla fish with salt for 15 mints
• Add oil in a pan and heat the oil
• Add fish and fry it both side
• Keep it separate.
Step 2:
Add 4 TBSP oil in a pan and heat the oil
Add 2 bay leaves
Add ¼ TSP cumin seeds
Add 2-3 cardamom, 2-3 cloves, 2-3 black pepper, cinnamon
Sauté it for few mints
Add ½ Cup onion paste
Add 1 TBSP garlic paste
Fry it nicely
Add 2 TBSP poppy seeds paste
Add ½ cup whisked curd
Mix it nicely
Add 2 tbsp kaju paste
Add green chili paste
Cook until the oil gets separated from masala
Add 1 cup of hot water
Add ¼ TSP sugar
Cover with a lid and wait for a boil
Add fried fish
Add 1 TSP garam masala
Add 1 TBSP ghee
Add 1 TSP black pepper
Mix it nicely
Add sliced green chilles

Gobi Paneer Mix Sabzi Recipe | Gobi Special | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 300gm cauliflower
• Potato 1 big
• Tomato 1
• Paneer 150 gm
• 2 TSP cumin powder
• 1 TSP coriander powder
• 2 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder
• ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil 4 TBSP
• 1 TSP garam Masala
• 1 TBSP ghee
• 1 TSP fried cumin seeds powder
• Chopped coriander
Process:
Step 1:
• Masala mix:
• Add ½ of hot water
• Add 2 TSP cumin powder
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add 2 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder
• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Mix it nicely
• Keep it separately
Step 2:
• Heat the pan
• Add oil in a pan and heat the oil
• Add marinated cauliflower (Marinate with turmeric and salt)
• Fry it and keep it aside
• Add diced potato and fry it and keep it separately
• Add diced paneer and fry it and keep it separately
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds and sauté it for few minutes
• Add 1 cup tomato and fry it
• Add fried potato
• Add Masala mix
• Sauté it for few minutes
• Add ¼ cup of water
• Cover with a lid for 5 mints
• Add 1 cup of hot water
• Add fried cauliflower
• Cover it for another 10 mints and open it
• Add fried paneer
• Sauté it for few minutes
• Add ¼ cup of water and cook for 5-7 mints
• Add 1 TSP garam Masala
• Add 1 TBSP ghee
• Add 1 TSP fried cumin seeds powder
• Add chopped coriander
• Mix it nicely
• Serve hot with Rice
