Definitions:
SELLER- One who cooks and sell.
BUYER- One who place the order

How to order:
1. Choose the option 'BUYER'
2. Create account and log in
3. Click on the 'MAP ICON' which is of orange colour
4. Check the details of the order(Available seats, Price,
Veg/Non-veg, Dish name, quantity, self pick-up
timing).
5. Click on the 'ORDER NOW' option
6. Check the order details and choose the number of
order seats before CONFIRMING ORDER.
7. Order payment

Self pick-up service
1. Select 'My Order' option
2. select 'Pending order'
3. For self pick-up select 'START NAVIGATION' option
4. Follow 'Google Map' for seller address or use
phone to call.

Steps to become seller on Mamstr:
1. Create 'SELLER' account
2. Require mandatory documents:
a). Aadhar card/Voter ID/Driving license/Pan card
b). FSSAI certificate
c). Bank Account
3. Verification process
4. Start selling

How Mamstr Works
1. Create account as 'SELLER'
Require mandatory Documents:
a). Aadhar card/Voter ID/Driving license/Pan card
b). FSSAI certificate
c). Bank Account

2. Update Status
Update status of food which you want to sell, do
remember to update available seats & set order
timing as well as self pick-up timing.

3. Get orders
Upon receiving orders from customers, prepare
and pack food with food grade quality packaging
material. Make sure to prepare food in hygienic
space.

4. Food Packaging Material
You have to purchase packaging materials with
your own cost

5. Self Pick-up service only
Customer will come to your given current residing
address for pick-up orders.

6. Receive Payments
After confirming the pick-up order, payment will be
kept in escrow in the Mamstr wallet section and the
amount will be transferred to the seller's Bank
account between 10th-15th date of every month
upon withdrawal of the money request.

Note: We are not responsible for seller's payments if
taken offline orders from customers.
