Lata paints figurative abstractions of femininity, depicting emotions through deep, vibrant and sometimes conflicting colors that signifies the ever tumultuous struggle of being nurturers in a world that (in an one-sided way) glorifies hunters.

Received BANGIYA SHREE AWARD for outstanding artwork exhibited at the International Online Art Exhibition, WAVE organised by Bangiya Kala Kendra
Dot mandala painting is a beautiful and meditative art form that has gained popularity for its therapeutic and healing qualities. When combined with the concept of the seven macro chakras, it can become a powerful tool for promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Chakras are energy centers within the human body that are believed to play a crucial role in maintaining our overall health and balance. The seven macro chakras are associated with specific colors and locations in the body:
Root Chakra (Muladhara) - Red: Located at the base of the spine, this chakra represents stability, security, and a connection to the earth.
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) - Orange: Situated just below the navel, the sacral chakra is linked to creativity, sexuality, and emotional expression.
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - Yellow: Located in the upper abdomen, this chakra is associated with self-confidence, personal power, and vitality.
Heart Chakra (Anahata) - Green: Positioned in the center of the chest, the heart chakra represents love, compassion, and harmony.
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - Blue: Found in the throat area, this chakra is related to communication, self-expression, and authenticity.
Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) - Indigo: Located between the eyebrows, the third eye chakra is associated with intuition, insight, and inner wisdom.
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) - Violet: Situated at the top of the head, the crown chakra represents spiritual connection, enlightenment, and oneness with the universe.
While creating this dot mandala painting based on the seven macro chakras, the artist has used the corresponding colors to represent each chakra within her artwork. By carefully placing dots of different colors and sizes on a canvas, she aims to channelize the energy and healing properties associated with each chakra.
This dot mandala painting can serve as a visual reminder and a source of positive energy in one's living space. It can be used as a tool for meditation and chakra alignment, promoting healing and overall well-being.

Gave a new life to little Anaaya's last year's birthday present which broke accidentally while playing.
When we put time and care into repairing objects, we not only give them a second chance at life but also imbue them with sentimental value. The act of repairing and restoring something holds significance beyond the physical transformation. It conveys a message of love, care and dedication to preserving and appreciating the things we have.
It was heartwarming to see the joy and happiness on her face when she received the beautiful and functional lamp.

It's a wonderful feeling when your art brings joy to others and makes them happy. As an artist, knowing that your artwork has the power to evoke emotions and connect with people on a deeper level can be incredibly fulfilling. It can also be a source of motivation to continue creating and sharing your work with others.
