In no way am I trifling the horrors of the demised elephant Amba, we should definitely see the perpetrators to justice no doubt about that...strict punishments should be enforced upon them.
It’s just that we should show the similar compassion towards all other living beings too.
Being a non vegetarian and harping about animal cruelty is hypocrisy... it is not justified killing one animal or bird and talking about justice for another.
