Your training is a good leveller and puts you to ground reality instantly.
This week has been a good block with some aggressive workouts done to its optimum. I was looking forward for the 4 hours Sunday ride to close this week on a HIGH...not to miss the excitement to ride with my new power pedals.
Well as the day turns out to be a DNF with only a 90 mins rides as the body refused to give enough energy.

》》Sleep has been adequate
》》Festivities and Celebrations were quite under control

What an amazing weekend....my longest ride of 200kms to Jaipur. Its fantastic to see what a human body is capable to do.
This is a special achievement for me as last few months have been adventurous post the surgery. The only thing that kept me going was to ensure I get back to my fitness levels as soon as possible.
Consistent training + constant push and focus made it possible.
The success is all the more sweet when you have your club members with you....riding alongside and supporting unconditionally.
