We got this lovely food image straight from Mit's dining table.
Mit Mehta's lunch today comprised of delicious dal and rice, a small bowl of curd, and some raw sliced beetroot.
As part of his fitness journey, Head of Growth, BurnCal, Mit Mehta has been following nutritional guidelines provided by Fitness Coach Varun Gulati for over a month now.

𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 - 𝙎𝙤𝙮𝙖 𝙋𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙤
- Marinate vegetables and soya chunks in curd with the spices.
- Pressure cook 1 tbsp oil and saute ths spices.
- Add 1 onion and saute well; add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Add the marinated soya and vegetables to the cooker and level them out.
- Layer evenly with 1½ cup basmati rice (soaked for 20 minutes).
- Sprinkle ¾ tsp salt, 3 tbsp fried onions, ½ tsp biryani masala powder, 3 tbsp coriander & mint, and 1 tsp butter.
- Pour 2¼ cup of water from sides. Cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles on a medium flame.
- Eat hot with raita or salan

A power-packed, clean meal consisting of whole wheat roti, potato-spinach subzi, a bowl of low oil kabuli chana, and fresh carrot slices to keep him energized and upbeat through the day.

𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
• 65g cooked pasta (choose a pasta made out of durum wheat/semolina)
• 3 tomatoes (blanched, peeled, and pureed)
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp basil (fresh or dry)
• 1 tbsp chilli flakes
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup paneer/boiled chicken (optional)
- In a large pan, heat some olive oil.
- Add onion, garlic, basil, and sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Add the chilli flakes and tomato puree, and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add in the cooked pasta, season with salt, and serve.
- For a higher protein version, you can add in some paneer or boiled chicken at the end.
