There's a lot on my mind right now and many of those things might not be very positive. So I push those thoughts away and want to share something which is a pleasant memory and I never shared it before!

My first experience after the win giving a byte for News 18 coverage..they had briefed me to give a "byte" and I just went on and on😄

Was overwhelmed, happy, elated and totally on cloud 9 that eve!

Since it's Thanksgiving week, I want to grab this opportunity and say a BIIIG THANKS to my dear family, friends, loved ones and to my lovely DIVA family who made my life richer by adding so much love and affection to it!

MIEN Season-3, eagerly awaited!

So this was a while back, but couldn't post pics then. For me, the greatest joy while attending any event is the people I meet and get to know. This one was no different as I got introduced to these extremely sweet, beautiful DIVA girls!! Cicilia, Farzana, Rucha, Karishma, Anagha, Karen, Revati, Sharda, Darshana and dearest Vibs Vibhuti - love you all!!

Needless to say, I'm so proud of the extended DIVA family which is growing with every new pageant, may it be Empress of West India, Empress of Maharashtra or Empress of the Nation. Biig thanks to dear Karl sir and Anjana ma'am for this wonderful DIVA fam and the endless opportunities. May our tribe keep growing. ✨✨👑👑 Loads of love to Neha Nehu, for coordinating and tolerating all behind-the-scenes jitters😘😘

"AM I AUDIBLE"??

The three words that defined (and still are in practice, for I don't know how long!) the chaos, uncertainty, connection (or the lack of it), possibilities (of being heard across the boundaries) and plight of every teacher & student in every possible domain of education.

This short movie, where I play myself, is an honest, heartfelt and relevant effort towards portraying the unforseen situation we were all thrown into, by my old friend and passionate filmmaker Vijay B. Pawar.

Indeed proud to be a small part of this film which has been nominated in the long list of national and international awards. All the kids who were part of the film were the biggest surprises, acting like pros and expressing better than all the grow-ups put together!

Jyotiraditya Pawar, who essays the role of my student is otherwise a shy, handsome teenager who looks great on screen!

Kudos and huge round of applause to the entire team! Looking forward to more nominations and wins!👏🏼👏🏼

Meet Nishtha Karkhanis-An Architect who designed her destiny towards Mrs India Crown “You could be Anything and You could be Everything!” This statement has become a driving force for women empowerment. We are in an age where women are still expected to serve the family…

Blessed to be with these nirbhayas!

On the 3rd of March, I get this phonecall from my dearest Dalia and she says, there's this talk and panel discussion regarding "Gender Equality" on the ocassion of women's day and since I am not able to spare time because of my office and course commitments, can you fill in?

And I'm like..a bit apprehensive and all...then she says, I know you are the perfect choice for this slot and I'm sure you are going to be absolutely fine! That was all the motivation I needed to say yes to Dr. Shulagna, who was the coordinator and moderator of the event!

What an enlightening session it was! There was a group of eminent panel members who expressed their views regarding various topics under the umbrella of Gender Equality and just boosted my confidence by one more step, that I could put across my views on such a platform at the last moment!

A huuuge thanks to my soul sister Dalia Dutta, who has immense faith in me, which makes me more empowered than I actually felt at that moment! Grateful to dear Shulagna who was an amazing host and coordinator, Learning and Development Centre NLCIL for this platform. Ever grateful to my students and Vrinda Rathi, who stepped in to interact and express their views regarding youth perspective on gender equality.

Last but not the least, Anjana ma'am and Karl sir, who've infused the superlative grooming in our personalities, which make us shine as DIVAs!!

All about 31st January, 2021.. was recommended by Anjana ma'am (as always!) And invited by Mr. Harish Soni, for the WEAA Mrs. India Nashik auditions. Being brand ambassador, Nashik, for DIVA Mrs. Maharashtra Empress of Maharashtra and DIVA Mrs West India Empress of West India trained me to be comfortable on the other side of the fence too (again, thanks to Anjana ma'am, Karl sir and my DIVA fam)...no wonder, WEAA auditions were as exciting as ever!

Well organized and arranged by Harishji, it was a fantastic feeling to see and judge the aspirants giving their best through varied emotions of anxiety, nervousness, confidence et al!

All the very best to the WEAA team and selected ladies for their amazing journey towards the crown!
