I have always loved to feed good food to people and have always been a food-lover myself. Hope you try my food sometime if you haven't yet. For those who have eaten mere haath ka khaana, feedback is welcome :)
A high-protein and high-fibre subzi as a part of my Veg meal today! includes eggs whites, broccoli, sprouts, red & green pepper and tomatoes in a tangy homemade sauce. Goes well with hot rice or jawari rotis.
Oats is not relished by many for being bland and tasteless. But this oats risotto in a tomato based sauce just adds a whole new meaning to this otherwise high fibrous high protien cereal. Add some fruits and vegetable juice to make it a wholesome meal.
Chicken in spinach and creme based gravy
Palak paneer is not the only delicacy you can make with palak. This quick rendition of aloo palak might make even palak paneer feel shy. 😆
Tip: boiled deep fried potatoes in a slightly tangy garlic flavoured palak. Before serving A tadka of red chillies, garlic and white til in a teaspoon of desi ghee adds to the taste.
Light & Healthy meal: curd rice, sprout&beans subzi and moong dal with rice and rotis.
A soulful chicken stew to keep hale and hearty! A paste of coconut & gramflour adds the zing and coriander adds flavour.
Pumpkin is not a common favorite. But try this recipe to give the sweet pumpkin a tangy twist.
Mashed pumpkin ( I use the pale yellow ones not orange) in Punjabi achari masala, with a little bit of gur and dash of lime juice.
Best served with puris.
Chicken Jalfarazi
add the whole spices, onion tomatoes, ginger, garlic, curd and some dryfruits in a table spoon of mustard oil and cook it well. Add the cooked mixture into a blender to make the sauce and then strain the sauce using a strainer before putting it back into the pan for gravy to get the right texture.
Stir fry, plain dal rice and chapati. Back to simple healthy basics
Tomato soup with cream, hummus and stir fried veggies.
Tip..to get the right consistency of the soup adding oats while cooking tomatoes is a healthy option. Order & Enjoy!

Secret tip: while making puree sautee the onion and tomato a little before putting in the mixer and add 10gms of paneer in the mixer. This is will add flavour and perfect consistency to the gravy.
