Nutella Chocolate Rolls
Baking these after such a long time and the house is filled with the aroma of these yummy rolls. Followed the recipe posted by . Replaced the cinnamon filling with Nutella Spread
Ingredients
All purpose flour 4 1/2 cups
Butter 1/2 cup melted
Yeast 1.5 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Eggs 3
Sugar 1/2 cup
Lukewarm milk 1 cup
For the filling
Nutella 5-6 tbsp
Method.
1. Take a bowl add the lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast. Do not stir. Leave aside for 15 minutes until the yeast rises.
2. Now add the melted butter, eggs, salt and mix well. Add the flour and mix with a spatula. Transfer into a stand mixer bowl or beat with the electric be**er for 10-15 minutes until the dough gets a nice soft texture.
3. Apply butter in a bowl and place the dough inside the bowl. Cover with a cloth and leave aside for an hour or more until the dough rises till the top.
4. Now flatten the dough with your palms and roll out . Apply softened butter all over on top and then evenly apply the nuella spread and roll the dough.
5. Cut evenly with a knife and place the rolls onto a baking tray. Cover and keep aside to rise for almost 30 minutes.
6. Now place the tray inside a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes on 170 degrees Celsius until the dough gets a nice golden texture on top. Remove and brush some buuter on top. Allow to cool a little and serve.
