For each sincere practitioner, every second is about Yoga. However, there certainly is significance in attributing a day to things for the purpose of awareness 🙏

'Awareness', which is also the central aspect of Yoga, of your-self too!

I wish for myself and everyone on this day that we see Yoga in totality.

That we know that Yoga is not a body practice meant for showing off, it is a discipline to see what we truly are, and on that path, body is a sacred vehicle 🙏

Let the body play be a child's play only. Step into the deeper aspects of Yoga with more sincerity.

I wish you International Day of Yoga filled with 'awareness'.

Last year, I did not start online classes till October as I thought that only one to one Yoga classes make sense.

However, when things didn’t open up and the uncertainty maintained itself, I decided to start online teaching eventually.

I was surprised to experience a heightened sense of satisfaction in the online classes – more than the on-ground classes really.

- I could see all the practitioners in one go and correct them without exception.

- I could make the practice more meditative for the practitioners, as I didn’t have to move around checking them separately. This calmed me down and brought about a change in my own instruction style.

- I could give better alignment cues to the participants as the view was very clear in front of me for each and every one of them.
Because of the above-mentioned benefits, everyone who has participated till now in the classes has benefitted from them, reassuring my confidence that I am making my humble contribution into making this world a better place.

Our new batch starts 14th June and I welcome you all.
