Widal Test:

To diagnose typhoid and Para typhoid fever.
Widal agglutination was introduced as a serologic technique to aid in diagnosis of typhoid fever.

The test was based on demonstrating the presence of agglutinin ( antibody) in the serum of an infected patient, against the H ( flagellar) and O ( somatic ) antigens of Salmonella typhi.

Arthritis Profile :

Inflammation of joints (one or more) in our body is called arthritis. Usual signs and symptoms of arthritis are joint pain, swelling, stiffness, redness etc. People with rheumatoid arthritis often have an elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR, or SED rate) or C-reactive protein (CRP), which may indicate the presence of an inflammatory process in the body.

Test: ESR, RA, CRP, Uric acid, Anti nuclear antibodies (ANA), Anti cyclic citrullinated peptide (Anti-CCP)

Pancreatic profile :

Helps to diagnose pancreatic injury and inflammation. It is a blood test and used primarily for diagnosing pancreatic disease.

Amylase is important for digestion, and it helps to break the carbohydrate. Salivary glands and pancreas both produce amylase.

Lipase helps your body absorbs fats. It's released by the pancreas, a long, flat gland between your stomach and spine. When your pancreas is inflammed or injured, it releases more lipase than usual.

Infertility profile :

This is a set of hormone blood tests focusing on hormone imbalance, including symptoms of infertility used to investigate the conditions that can lead to female infertility.

Test: Follicular stimulating hormone (FSH), Luteinizing hormone (LH), Prolactin, Anti mullerian hormone (AMH).

Vitamin Profile :

Vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients for human life. Unhealthy eating habits and adulteration of food can lead to depletion of these vital nutrients and limit the ability of our body to fight against infections.This profile is specially designed to test for common vitamin deficiencies, especially Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and Folic acid.

Iron profile :

Iron profile is a panel of blood tests that check the level of iron in the blood. Iron profile shows how much of the iron is stored in the tissues. Iron profile includes Serum iron (FE), Total iron binding capacity and % Transferrin saturation, Ferritin to diagnose iron deficiency, Iron overload, Anaemia.

Test: Iron, TIBC (Total Iron Binding Capacity), %Transferrin saturation, Ferritin

Allergic profile (Basic):

Allergy blood tests detect and measure the amount of allergen-specific antibodies in your blood. When you come into contact with an allergy trigger, known as an allergen, your body makes antibodies against it.The antibodies tell cells in your body to release certain chemicals. These chemicals are what cause allergy symptoms. Immunoglobulin E (IGE) is an antibody that's strongly linked to the body's allergy response.
AEC : To diagnose allergic disorder, drug sensitive skin disorers and parasitic diseases.

Tests: CBC, AEC, ESR and IGE antibody.

Tumor markers:

Tumor markers are chemicals made by tumor cells that can be detected in your blood tumor marker tests to help in diagnosing cancer

Test : Prostate-specific antigen (PSA), Prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP), CA 125, Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), CA 19.

Fever profile :

A fever test generally includes a blood test and urine test along with a dengue test, malaria test and typhoid test.

𝐂𝐁𝐂 :
A complete blood count (CBC) is a blood test used to evaluate your overall health and detect a wide range of disorders, including anemia, infection and leukemia.
A complete blood count test measures several components and features of your blood.

-𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 :
NS 1 is a highly-conserved glycoprotein that is present at high concentration in the sera of dengue infected patients during the early clinical phase of the disease. (1 day & upto 9 days).
IGM AB: This is indicative of a primary dengue infection.
IGG AB: This is indicative of secondary or past dengue infection,

-𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 (𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝):
To detect parasite plasmodium vivax and plasmodium falciparum.

-𝐂𝐑𝐏:

To diagnose typhoid and para typhoid fever.

Culture and sensitivity :

Helps to detect aerobic bacterial infection. A culture is a test to find germs (such as bacteria or a fungus) that can cause an infection. A sensitivity test checks to see what kind of medicine, such as an antibiotic, will work best to treat the illness or infection

Test include : PUS, Blood, Urine, Throat swab, Sputum, Stool, Body fluids etc.

Histopathology examination (HPE) :

To diagnose various diseases, tumor affecting different parts of the body.
𝐏𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐫 to diagnose hematological disorders find case of abnormal calcium level, status of CKD.

Semen analysis :

To determine male fertility status. Semen analysis is a test of a man's s***m and semen. Also known as a s***m count or male fertility test, its results shows that how many s***m are released, as well as how they're shaped and how well they move.

Sputum AFB :

A sputum stain for mycobacteria is a laboratory test performed on a sample of your sputum, or phlegm. It's also known as an acid-fast bacillus (AFB) stain or a tuberculosis (TB) smear. A doctor typically orders the test to determine if a person has tuberculosis (TB) or another type of mycobacterial infection.

To detect the condition affecting digestive tract due to any functional abnormalities, parasitic, viral and bacterial infections, poor nutrient absorption, or cancer.
𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭 blood the f***l occult blood test (FOBT) is a lab test used to check stool samples for hidden (occult) blood. Occult blood in the stool may indicate colon cancer or polyps in the colon or re**um.
