ACM Depstar Student Branch

Computer Engineering Department of Devang Patel Institute of Advance Technology and Research (DEPSTAR) organized a hands on session entitled Basics of Android in association with ACM on 14th March.2020. The aim of the workshop was to introduce students to Basics of Android. Android is one of the most popular programming languages. It is enjoyable by all because of its abundant libraries, various frameworks, vast collections of modules, and file extensions. It will help students to practically implement the latest features. Total 18 students participated in Android Basics workshop

The resource person of the workshop were T.Y. B.tech students named Mr. Pratic Gondaliya, Mr.Dharmesh Patel. The workshop was coordinated by Ms. Dweepna Garg, Head of the Computer Engineering Department, Ms. Bhavika Patel and Mr. Phenil Buch.

It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.

The aim of the workshop was to introduce students to Basics of Python. Python is one of the most loved programming languages by developers, data scientists, software engineers, and even hackers. Total 30 students participated in the workshop.

The resource person of the workshop were T.Y. B.tech CE students named Mr.Hirenkumar Parmar, Mr.Shaktisinh Jhala and Mr. Rahul Kapatel. The workshop was coordinated by Ms. Dweepna Garg, Head of the Computer Engineering Department, Ms. Binal kaka and Ms. Shraddha Vyas.

Department of Computer Engineering organized HANDS-ON TRAINING ON ADOBE XD AND UI/UX DESIGN FOR MOBILE
APPLICATION (Beginner) in association with ACM on 29th February, 2020. Mr. Shivam Ribadiya and Mr. Janardan Bharvad coordinated the session.The participants got familiar with Adobe XD for UI/UX design in mobile application development.

Achal Rajyaguru, student of T.Y. B.tech CE conducted such an amazing and knowledgeable session. CHARUSAT is well equipped with advanced lab for Mobile Application Development which helped students to work practically on the topics that were taught in the workshop.

Department of Information Technology, Devang Patel Institute of Advance Technology and Research (DEPSTAR) had organized a GUJCOST sponsored one week Short Term Training Program on "Emerging Trends in Web Designing: Motion UI and 3D Illustration" in association with ACM from 10th February 2020 to 14th February 2020. Various experts from renowned universities from all over Gujarat were invited to share their valuable knowledge among participant students.

Department of Information Technology, Devang Patel Institue of Advance Technology and Research (DEPSTAR) had organized a GUJCOST sponsored one week Short Term Training Program on "Next Generation Networking Challenges and Opportunities" in association with ACM from 3rd February 2020 to 8th February 2020. Various experts from renowned universities from all over Gujarat were invited to share their valuable knowledge amongst participant students.

CHARUSAT is well equipped with advanced lab for Networking and network security which helped students to work practically on the topics that were taught in the training program.
