Crown/Sahaswara Chakra

The seven chakras in the body are symbolized by the petal of a lotus flower preserving the flow of energy. The complete opening of all the petals achieves a universal balance of body, mind, and spirit. Sahasrara Chakra is the seventh chakra that activates the divine energy.

The Sanskrit word Sahasrara means 'thousand' or 'infinite'. The Sahasrara Chakra is located at the top of the head and is also known as the Crown Chakra. Sahasrara is the final of the seven chakras. It creates a strong connection with the supreme Self. The awakening of the Crown Chakra means a universal flow of energy and spiritual enlightenment.

It is represented by pure white light or violet color. The seed mantra of Sahasrara Chakra is AUM. It is considered to influence brain functions such as memory, intelligence, and sharp focus.

The energy of the Crown Chakra is supplied by the other six chakras. This is the reason it is important to work on the lower six chakras to effectively activate the Crown Chakra.

Third eye/Ajna Chakra

The Third-Eye Chakra, also called the Ajna Chakra, is one of 7 chakras. It is the center of perception, consciousness and intuition.

The Third Eye Chakra is located between the eyebrows, at the center of your head. While the two physical eyes see the past and the present, the third eye reveals insight into the future. This chakra establishes a connection with the external world through inner vision.

The color that reflects its concept is indigo. The almost dark blue hues or royal blue is associated with night.

The Ajna symbol is an OM positioned over an inverted triangle that is seated within a circle between two lotus petals. This symbol contains two elements associated with wisdom: the upside-down triangle and the lotus flower.

Throat/Vishuddha Chakra

The fifth chakra, Vishuddha Chakra, is located at the base of the throat, at the center of the larynx. This is the reason this chakra is also called the Throat Chakra. It is one of the 7 chakras.

The Sanskrit word 'vishuddha' means purifying the body from harmful substances. The Throat Chakra restores the energy by detoxifying the impurities from the body and mind.

The Throat Chakra is associated with the color bright blue. Blue energy is pure, soothing, calming, and healing and connects a person with the divine. The element of space defines the Throat Chakra. Emotions can only expand when there is space and freedom. The seed mantra of Vishuddha Chakra is Ham.

Heart/Anahata Chakra

Among the seven primary energy centers that exist within the human body, the Heart Chakra - also known as Anahata - is the fourth and often considered the most crucial.

In Sanskrit, anahata means “unstruck” and it describes the Heart Chakra perfectly. Balancing the energy of this chakra enables us to tap into the power of anahata and experience love in its purest form without any attachment or expectation.

This chakra is an essential component of our overall well-being, as it helps us to balance our emotions, cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness, and build meaningful relationships with others.

Solar Plexus/ Manipura Chakra💛

The Solar Plexus Chakra, also known as the Manipura Chakra, is the third chakra in the 7 chakra system. ‘Mani’ means the shining gem and ‘pura’ means the place, so Manipura literally translates to “place of shining gem”. Fire is the shiniest element of all the five elements, and the Solar Plexus Chakra is the energy centre of fire.

This energy center governs our ability to be confident, assertive, and make decisions from a place of inner wisdom. It is also the key to unlocking our personal power and building a strong sense of self. The Solar Plexus Chakra location is four fingerbreadths above the navel, just below the rib cage.

The color associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra is yellow. As the chakras get their color from the element which surround them, Manipura Chakra reflects the yellow color of the fire element. This color symbolizes energy, intellect, and the connection you have with the fire and the sun.

The Sacral Chakra, or Svadhishthana Chakra, is the second energy center among the 7 primary chakras.
It is the energy center for the vital force or prana ‘vyana,’ which is the energy of circulation.Supporting the personal expansion and exploration of sexuality, desires, and creativity.

The artistic symbol for the Svadhishthana Chakra consists of multiple circles, a crescent moon, and a lotus flower with six petals. The circles and crescent moon represent the cyclical nature of life, death, and rebirth, while the six petals symbolize the six negative aspects of our nature that we need to overcome to bring balance to our minds and body.

This vibrant color is symbolic of the rising consciousness just like a sunrise. Orange is also the color of activity and purity, and it is in this chakra that we design our life vision. The second chakra enables us to shape our desires. As the center of passion, it awakens the power of creation.

Muladhara chakra❤️

The Root Chakra is the first chakra in the energy body, located at the base of the spine at the perineum, between the a**s and the ge****ls. The Root Chakra location signifies its role as a link between the physical world and our internal energetic system. The word Muladhara is composed of two Sanskrit words: mula meaning “root” and adhara which means “base” or “support”.

The Muladhara Chakra is based on the earth element and radiates the color red. The Muladhara Chakra is surrounded by the element earth so it reflects the color deep red. The Root Chakra color symbolizes primal instincts of strength and vitality.

The combined sound is called seed mantra. The seed mantra of the Root Chakra is Langm (लं). Chanting the Root Chakra Mantra in yoga and meditation can awaken and activate this vital energy center and bring balance to the chakra system.

Why is no one talking about this?

The seven chakras hold beliefs, emotions and memories that are related to our lives. When these chakras are out of balance or blocked, you may notice emotional and physical symptoms in your body. When the chakras are aligned, you will feel inner peace and tranquility.
