🚨 Urgent Warning: Unfortunate Experience with IndiaFilings 🚨
It is with great disappointment and frustration that I share my experience with IndiaFilings regarding the registration of my company, CNB Consulting Pvt. Ltd. What started as a promising journey has turned into a nightmare that continues seven months after initiating the process on 10th May 2023.
We paid INR 6,899/- upfront for a comprehensive package that included various essential services for Private Limited Company registration. However, things took a turn for the worse when we were asked for an additional INR 30,899/- under the guise of urgency, claiming our registration process would be halted if not paid within two days (29th May 2023).
Fast forward to January 2024, and our company registration remains incomplete. Despite numerous attempts to contact IndiaFilings, both through assigned contact persons and their help desk, every inquiry has been met with silence. Emails go unanswered, calls are ignored, and efforts to escalate the matter have proven futile.
As of today, only the name registration is completed, leaving critical elements such as GST registration, MOA & AOA, PAN, TAN and more pending. The lack of transparency and communication is alarming, and the complete disregard for our time and money is deeply concerning.
I write this post not only to share my unfortunate experience but also as a cautionary tale for others considering IndiaFilings for their services. Trust, time, and money have been callously disregarded, and it is disheartening to see a company operate with such negligence and lack of accountability.
I implore anyone reading this to think twice before engaging with IndiaFilings and to consider alternative service providers with a proven track record of reliability and professionalism. Let us unite in spreading awareness and preventing others from falling victim to what appears to be an unscrupulous business practice.
