Chakrasana / Wheel Pose) or Urdhva Dhanurasana/ Upward-Facing Bow Pose) is an asana in yoga.
A backbending posture that opens up the chest, tones the thighs, abdomen and arms, and engages the whole body. As a heart-opening stretch, this pose helps release sadness and depression. It gets its name from the Sanskrit words, chakra, meaning wheel, and asana, meaning posture.

Hanumanasana (Sanskrit: हनुमानासन) is a seated asana. It is the yoga version of the front splits.

Benefits:
Hanumanasana stretches and strengthens muscles in the hamstrings, thighs and groin region. This yoga pose also stimulates the abdominal organs and improves their functioning. A regular practice of this pose ensures that the hips become more flexible over a period of time.

Contraindications:
Refrain from practicing this yoga pose if you have an injury in the hamstring or groin area. Do not force do a full split as it might harm the body. Respect your body's limits and stretch till where you comfortably can.

Shirsasana
Sirsha - head; asana - posture

Pronounced as: Shir-sa-asa-na

The sirsasana or headstand yoga also called the king of all asanas. This asana is very popular due to its multiple health benefits. It speeds up the blood circulation and ensures that the brain receives sufficient well-oxygenated blood.

Benefits of Sirsasana:
Sirsasana induces relaxation and fights stress.
The practice of this posture helps to treat vertigo.
It can contribute to overcoming problems related to kidneys, liver, stomach, intestine, and the reproductive system.
Sirsasana also helps in circulating blood to the scalp, and thus helps in preventing hair loss, greying of hair and baldness.
It relieves headaches.
It helps the functioning of the pituitary gland, which supports the functioning of all the endocrine glands.
It increases the vitality of the body.
It strengthens the muscles of the neck and shoulder, abdomen and spine.
Sirsasana deepens and calms the breath. According to a study in Poland, when the breath slows down, the blood absorbs more oxygen in the blood, benefitting the brain and other organs.
Precautions
Always start learning this asana under the guidance of an instructor.
Mastering this asana might take some time. Have patience, and go slowly.
You can start practicing this asana only once your instructor recommends it.
While performing any balancing postures, ensure that you perform it close to a wall for stability.
Always be mindful of the placement of your neck.
The entire weight of your body is supported by the muscles in the hands, neck, and shoulders. If you have spondylitis, please speak to your yoga instructor before starting this asana.
People with heart conditions, vertigo, high blood pressure also need to be cautious.
Also, never hold your breath while you perform the yoga asanas.

Chakrasana (Sanskrit: चक्रासन/ Cakrāsana, Wheel Pose) or

Urdhva Dhanurasana (Sanskrit: ऊर्ध्वधनुरासन/Ūrdhvadhanurāsana, Upward-Facing Bow Pose)

It is a backbend and is the first pose of the finishing sequence in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It gives great flexibility to the spine. In acrobatics and gymnastics this body position is called a bridge.

Chakrasana strongly engages the legs, arms, pelvis, and shoulders, but its greatest impact is on the spine and the veseral organs in the torso.

Gaumukh Asana (Variation palm on foot )
Benefits
1. Helps in reproductive health.
2. Helps in increasing hips mobility.
3. Helps in calming the mind.

One should practice it on a regular basis and even after doing lower body workout or hip workout, sitting in Gomukh asana helps a lot in muscle release.
Being in the posture for a longer duration restricts blood flow in lower extremities and after releasing posture, the flow of blood in the lower body will massage thighs and Calves.
