For most companies and their employees, the sudden switch to work at home was unexpected and sometimes a challenge. Many companies had their processes change accordingly some were already good geared towards the concept of online work. We count ourselves in the latter category because the Online work a constant companion right from the start for us and all processes were geared towards it.
