Here we are teaching Classical Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. We also teach based on your requirements for all ages.
Our AIM is to make you Physically and Mentally Stable and FIT. We have started to conduct live online classes.
Day 1 of 30
is one of those days of the month when our body naturally does not demand food. Fasting on this day helps cleanse the system and turn our awareness inward. After having your dinner tonight, you can fast until the next dinner at the same time. If you are unable to do a full fast, having a light, fruit diet on this day is also beneficial
