In 2022, India participated in 50 skills, achieving its best-ever ranking of 11th position, with 2 Silver Medals, 3 Bronze Medals, and 13 Medallions for Excellence. Competitors were selected through the India Skills Competition 2021 and trained under WorldSkills India Experts.
