2- Required documents related with exhibition permissions to be given to BCEC by Sr Inspector - Vanrai Police Station by today- organisers / contractors then can avail these documents for applying for exhibition licensing on their own
3- A complaint with PCR -100 can be lodged for any threat , extortion by any of the Mathadi's Union, Vanrai Police will take immediate action post report from PCR ( 10-15 min) EXHICON did this on 3rd oct evening & immediate action was taken by police. BCEC also came to help.
4- No Traffic Permissions necessary if show at BCEC is small and does not affect traffic on WEH ( Committed by DCP, Traffic)
5-Min 10 days required to directly avail permission from Fire department ( all compliance must to ensure safety of people by organisers)
6-No money will be charged for any permission by any Gov. department. ( TFT / IESA can avail the permissions for exhibitions in Mumbai)
7- An IESA representation is a must to Vanrai Police station to make sure concrete and long lasting outcome for Mathadi issues.

E-3 Expo Ahmadabad Roadshow a grand hit !
The E-3 Expo Roadshow Gujarat yesterday witnessed the biggest ever gathering
of the TradeFair and Events Fraternity from the entire state.
Hosted at Gujarat University Convention Centre by the Gandhi Corporation, the
Roadshow saw over 400 event fraternity members coming out in strong support
of 'ABEC Presents E-3 Expo 2013'.
The fraternity reinforced full solidarity to the initiative and confirmed
their participation in the event to be held in Mumbai during 19-21 April
2013.
The gathering saw the involvement of Event Services Providers, Event Venues
and Event Management companies from across the state, and the media from both
electronic and print was in full presence. The venue resembled the mood and
character of a major industry convention with excellent venue arrangements
and Dinner cuisine.
Mr. Hemu Gandhi, the Founder and CMD of Gandhi Corporation in his keynote
address underscored that “..the time for collaboration has arrived in India.
Lets collaborate and get benefited…." Mr. Gandhi also highlighted that the
event would be an important milestone for the whole industry to come
together and work together towards a common goal.
Mr. Amal Gandhi, the Gandhi scion was overwhelmed with the response.
In his address, Mr. M.Q. Syed, Editor-in-Chief, TradeFairTimes and MD,
EXHICON Group, threw light elucidated on the genesis of the event, and its
progress over the recent years, and the vision for the future.
The Gujarat Chapter of Event & Entertainment Management Association (EEMA)
was represented by many of their prominent members including Mr. J.D. Mehta
(the Gujarat State Head), Mr. Raj Batra (Deputy State Head), Mr. Rajat Sogani
(State Secretary), Mr. Bharat Kundalia (State Joint Secretary), Mr. Saurabh
Agrawal (Chairman of Membership Committee), Mr. Rajesh Ravai (Chairman of
Finance and Accounts Committee.
Other prominent names from Gujarat who graced the evening include Mr. Ketan
Shah, Mr. Keyur Desai, Mr. Sameer Vaidya, Mr. Shiylu Mathur, Mr. Kalpash
Shroff among others.
Mr. Ravi Shanker of Exhicon gave detailed presentation on the Highlights of
E3 Expo 2013.
One of the major subject that attracted most interaction from the press and
guests was the significance of welcoming a future edition of E3 Expo to
Gujarat in the near future.
Mr. Tom Jose of Exhicon presented the Vote of Thanks.
The guests left after a Gala Dnner hosted by the Gandhi Corporation.

Indian Exhibition Industry Association & India Exposition Mart extends participation to "ABEC Presents E-3 Expo 2013"
The India Exposition Mart, one of the biggest exhibition centres in India has confirmed it's participation at "ABEC presents E-3 Expo 2013".
Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Managing Director,India Exposition Mart confirmed the news here in Mumbai, yesterday.
Mr. Rakesh Kumar, who has recently been elected the president of Indian Exhibition Industry Association, the apex body of Exhibition Industry of India also confirmed the participation of Indian Exhibition Industry Association at the Expo.
Mr. Kumar was in Mumbai to promote the upcoming IEIA Open seminar, the Seminar will take place between 25-26 April, New Delhi.
Mumbai IEIA members along with Open Seminar Partners and Sponsors were all present to support the Seminar at the meeting held at ITC Grand Maratha , Andheri, Mumbai.
