स्वतःचे घर घ्यावे का? की भाड्याच्या घरात रहावे?
मला असं नक्कीच वाटतं की आयुष्यात सगळ्या गोषटी आयडियल नसतात.. विदेशातील फायनांशीअल प्लॅनींग कन्सेप्ट आपल्या भारतात जशीच्या तशी लागू करणे फारसे संयुक्तिक नाही. याचे अनेक कंगोरे आहेत. दर 11 महिन्याला होणारी भाडेवाढ, नाही तर मग दर 11 महन्यांनी नवीन जागा शोधणे व बदल, पत्ता बदल म्हणजेच आधार कार्ड, वोटिंग कार्ड, बँक पासबुक अपडेट, मुलांच्या शाळा बदल करणे.. घर मालकांची बंधने. सोसायटीचा जाच. आशा बाबी तर आहेतच. पण कदाचित आपण विचार न केलेली एक अत्यंत महत्वाची बाजू देखील आहे, ती म्हणजे परिवाराचा शेल्टर इन्शुरन्स (निवारा विमा). जर एखाद्याने हाऊसिंग लोन घेतले तर त्याच्या कर्ज रकमेचा विमा कोलॅटरल सेक्युरीटी म्हणून जवळपास सर्वच बँक आणि फायनान्स कंपन्या काढतात. ज्यामुळे कर्जदाराच्या मृत्यूनंतर त्याचे सर्व कर्ज माफ होऊन ते घर त्याच्या वारसांना मिळते. किमान त्यांचा हक्काचा निवारा त्यांच्या कड़े उरतो. जर परिवाररात एकच व्यक्ती कमावता असेल आणि त्याचा मृत्यू झाला तर मात्र घरमालक माणुसकी म्हणून ४-६ महिने फार तर वर्षभर सहन करेल. पण त्यानंतर त्या कुटुंबाचे हाल कुत्रे खात नाहीत. गोष्टी वाटतात तितक्या सोप्या नसतात. आपल्या देशात फॉरेन मेड फायनांशीअल प्लॅन चालू शकत नाही..
