Its been close to 8 years that we have been doing bike fits. However, this is the first time we are doing a workshop on the topic !

These days it is very common for us to spot riders with a position significantly off from their ideal position. The result is pain and discomfort, to start off, and eventually leading to something more severe. The problem is many assume pain is an integral part of cycling, and is inevitable. That’s not true. We all cycle for fun, and enduring unnecessary discomforts and pain shouldn’t be part of the journey.

The goal of this workshop is to help you guys understand the basics of bike fit so you can do a DIY one on your bike. And hopefully be more comfortable on the bike.

This time we are doing this ride to support Agasthi Chandrasekhar - our Hyderabadi BMX Champion for his BMX training and racing this year.
