Since our establishment in 1988, we have helped our clients in the developed world source goods across multiple product lines, from India. Customer service is at the core of what we do and we have long-term relationships with retailers and importers in Europe and North America. Starting as a trading firm dealing exclusively in hand-made products from Cashmere, we diversified our service offerings,
and in 2004, transitioned into a full-fledged sourcing firm focused on home textile, floor coverings, furniture and hand-made goods from India. We currently in the process of expanding our customer service reach and are soon opening a representative office in the Netherlands. We regularly encourage our clients to visit vendor establishments and facilitate the process for them - transparency is pivotal to our existence and to our clients' satisfaction. We follow strict regulations with regards to worker rights and factory safety, and ensure that our regulations along with that of our clients are adhered to.
