The container home merges beautifully with the lush green trees around it . 400 sqft of living space which includes a living room , open kitchen space , Restroom and a bedroom with a small deck area to relax and enjoy the surroundings .

A perfect concept for farmhouses and the hills .

20'x8'x8.6' Newly Fabricated Office Shipping Container

This heavy steel structure container unit was fabricated from scratch in our Factory rather than using an old marine Container .

The beauty of fabricated containers is that we can fabricate it as per the clients requirement and can be customised as per design.

In this specific design we have provided sitting arrangment for 10 employees each getting a working space of 4.5 ' with a charging and an internet connection lan.

We have used heavy waterproof boards on the floor and finishing it up with a vinyl carpet.

The container consists of 5 ceiling fans , 4 led lights , 1 no. Split air conditioning unit provision.

CONTAINER LABOR ACCOMODATION UNIT

Our team fabricated this 40'*8'*8.6' from scratch rather than using a Marine Shipping Container.

This unit was fabricated for one of India's leading logistic Companies for accomodating Company staff.

We used heavy pillars and sheet metal for the outer structure , insulating the container with glasswool insulation and paneling it with heavy duty MDF Boards to give it a seamless finish .

We have provided 12 bunk beds which accomodates 24 people with every bed having a provision of a 6amp electrical point and individual 3'*2' aluminium heavy duty sliding window with grill.

THE INSULATED PANELS DO NOT ALLOW HEAT TO ENTER THE ROOMS THEREFORE MAINTAINING A COOL TEMPERATURE INSIDE.

Recycled Shipping Container Units

Specially Designed 20' Container Unit Recycled and Customized as per clients requirement.

The unit was carefully divided into three parts .

# Men's Unit

The men's unit comprises of two urinals , two wc's, two sink areas with fittments.

# Ladies Unit

The ladies unit comprises of one no. Wc and sink area

# Shower Area

We have given a shoer unit provision in the centre of both units .

We have used a distress look using pallet wood and Cement boards.

Finishing the exterior of the container with a bright burn orange color , the unit stands out in the lush green surroundings.

Terrace Conversion 1200 Sqft Housing Unit

One of our first Projects built on an old terece in defence colony , the house was 60 years old and built up area was only ground level + 1 .

The client wanted a 2 bedroom appartment with an open kitchen area and a small balcony space.

The modular house was carefully constructed keeping in mind the weight and the pillar er****on for distributing the weight and not creating dead weight on any spot.

We used interlocking Cement panels along with insulated roof for this unit

The project took us 60 days to complete.

CONTAINERISATION

One of the first Hydraulically Operated Container Unit Showroom designed and Fabricated using a 20' Shipping Container.

Our Container sits proudly in one of India's Top Football Sports Facility in Delhi,India .

The container was designed as a Showcase for sporting accessories , clothes and latest shoe designs .

The front flaps operate Hydraulically with a touch of a button .

Terrace Conversion

1 BHK Appartment constructed in Defence Colony , New Delhi. PRE Fabricated Housing Unit spread over 600 sqft.

The client wanted to create a space on his terrace for rental purposes , basic appartment with basic amenities were designed and delivered.

PRE FABRICATED CABIN SPACE

Our team built this 500 sqft cabin in 15 days on ground level . A plinth area was created to give additional strength to the unit .

A turnkey solution provider to a client who is a doctor and wanted to create a waiting area for its patients.

We used neutral colors and light furniture with large windows to give an open feel to the space.

CONTAINER CABIN UNIT

These containers are designed and fabricated in our factory and transported to the site .

This specific project was a interesting concept to work with , as the client wanted an eco friendly home in the middle of the wilderness with natural inner wall paneling and solar grid system .

Spread over 320 sqft area this cabin was one of our first units to be installed on the hills .

We were thrilled to work on this specific project . A simply crafted space created for a new born , carefully designed and with minimalistic furniture in the middle of Lush green trees in the heart of Delhi, India. The interiors were finished with neutral colors and wooden exterior.

CONTAINER UNIT

Our favorite toy to play with , recycling shipping containers has always been a passion . These discarded boxes have so much to offer and scope to create .

We modify shipping containers in our factory and transport it your doorstep with minor finishings to be completed on the site.

In this specific project with used pine wood for the inner paneling to give it a lighter and finish and to break the monotony .

600 sqft Fabricated on Terrace for Office Space . Used interesting cement interlocking panels for wall structure , these panels have high strength withholding capacity and require low maintenance. Designed the cabin with large windows and sliding door units for ventilation and natural light.

This project was a very interesting project to work on . The client was actively involved and sure as to what he wanted , it makes our work much easier. The external walls on this project was covered by a steel mesh along with cement finishing to give it a civil wall design finish , we love the wood panel finish so incorporated those for the external false ceiling with some cove lighting.

PRE FABRICATED LIVING SPACE

Our 600 sqft Cement Panel Pre Fabricated Unit sits beautifully in the middle of Lush Trees and Planters. The project started by creating the space as a work space for the client but ended up as a lounge space . It's amazing how the story unfolds as the work progresses .
