We have 5 latest Blow molding machines With 132 point prison control programming having accumulator capacity to cater 300 gm to 5 kg for various types of raw materials like HDPE, PP, ABS. We also have 150 T Injection molding machine which is capable of processing engineering Plastics.
The raw material is inspected thoroughly and handled carefully by trained staff for its quality and quantity check.
To feed each machine a central computerized feeding system is used for proper mixing of different raw materials with color master batch and additives.
With the experienced team and great work ethics, our team is capable of in-time mold changing and any other challenge that’s thrown at us. The machinery and tools are maintained with acute precision with in house capability and for contingency we have tie-up with tool room like
Special Purpose Machine is used to cut the external end of
Air condition ducts with leak test; which improves quality of air condition duct and reduce PPM.
For the consistency of quality of the product the parts are thoroughly checked on checking fixtures at proper time intervals and than approved.
The part then goes into applying felt paste as required by the client and here again manual quality check process is done by making the product go through human hands and eye.
