⭐️ 7.) Don't just think about Followers & Numbers - If you're only concerned about numbers, either you'll be very happy when you achieve a milestone or you'll be very sad when you don't get the expected results.

Proud moment for all Indians 🇮🇳🚀

After a 40-day journey starting from the Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota, the Indian Space Research Organisation’s (ISRO) Chandrayaan-3 mission has landed successfully.

The Vikram lander made a soft lunar landing at 6.04 PM IST on August 23.

The feat that is making entire India 🇮🇳 proud.

• India is the first country to land on Moon's South Pole.

• The 4th country to touch Moon's surface.

• On July 14th 2023 at 2:35 pm, it was launched from India and today 23rd August 2023 in the sundown, it softly landed on the Moon.

• Let's explore the Journey between the Launch and Touchdown:

A.) July 15th to July 25th

Chandrayaan-3 completes orbit around Earth.

B.) August 1st

ISRO has injected the spacecraft into the translunar orbit.

C.) August 5th

Chandrayaan-3 has been successfully inserted into the lunar orbit.

D.) August 6th to August 16th

Chandrayaan-3's orbit is reduced gradually from 170 km x 4313 km around the Moon to 153 km x 163 km.

• In the speech by an ISRO Scientist, one of them told - It's been 3 years of insane efforts, handling criticism, testing, retesting and evaluation 🙌🏻🔥

He added "We've been living, sleeping, eating, breathing Chandrayaan for the last 4 years"

Consistent in posting educational content on Social Media
(I have more than 10,000 pieces of content across Social Media)

Consistent in putting the efforts for my work.

I've been consistent in getting results for my mentees.

I've consistently upgraded myself.

Consistency is important in many aspects of life as it:

1.) Builds trust: Consistent behavior and actions help to build trust and credibility with others.

2.) Improves quality: Consistency helps to maintain high standards and improve the quality of products, services and processes.

3.) Facilitates decision-making: Consistent patterns and behaviors make it easier to make plans and decisions based on reliable information.

4.) Increases the scope for commiting mistakes: You understand you are in for the long term and not short term thus you allow yourself to grow by commiting more mistakes.

My Self Doubt story 🙏

Most people look at me as a Communication Coach/Sales Mentor or a Business Coach.

They believe that I've always been supremely confident and an Expert - However this is not True.

A.) I vividly remember when I was creating my page, I had the thought upon my mind - Why will anybody follow my page?
What special content do I have to impress people?

B.) Similarly when I was setting up my YouTube channel, I was doubtful if anyone is going to watch my videos or not.
I used to share my video’s links with my known ones on WhatsApp and had even requested people personally to subscribe so that I can have 100 subscribers.

C.) When I first started my Coaching Sessions, I was not confident enough about Training Working Professionals fearing that I may not be able to answer their individual queries.
I doubted my own ability and thought that I was only good enough to teach school and college students.

D.) When I did my first Sales Webinar, I remember my younger brothers Saurabh & Gaurav pushing me to ask people to Enroll for my Program.

I just couldn’t do it - all that I said to the Free Workshop attendees was “See if this program suits you then become a part of it. There is absolutely no compulsion.”

I was not even able to tell people as to why they should become a part of my Mentoring Program.

E.) I remember when I delivered my first humorous speech, I was afraid that nobody will laugh.
This thought process drastically affected my performance and being on that stage for 5 minutes seemed like a lifetime.

Fast forward 5 years from then.……..

• My page has more than 3.5 Lakh followers and has an incredible 5 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating after thousands of reviews.

• With more than 2 Lakh subscribers, today my videos on YouTube have been watched by more than 1 Crore people.

• Talking about Training Working Professionals, first 80% of my mentees were people working in corporate positions.
My Workshops offline and online have been attended by more than 1 Million people.

• Now I am known as the Sales Mentor - More than a whopping 1 Lakh paid transactions have been done with us with people enrolling for my Online Programs, Events, Books, MasterMinds, Physical & Virtual Events and competitions.

We have created so many more Success Stories for our mentees:

However, when we take the dive despite being unsure and show-up every single day, we improve, we become better at our craft and gradually we excel.

Believe me, you defeat 95% people by simply taking initiatives and being consistent.

Take imperfect actions and then choose a Mentor.

The all mighty has got you in this world for a reason. You are special and you are meant to shine ✨

“Oh Rahul, you are so lucky as you live in Goa” - This is what most people say to me when they get to know that we are based at Goa.

We will complete 5 years in Goa this October and I am really thankful for all the amazing memories.

However, believe me it has so much less to do with luck and more to do with the power of decision-making.

There was a college in Belgaum where I used to visit every month to conduct Public Speaking sessions.
To go there, I used to travel via Goa so we (my brother Saurabh & I) decided why don't we shift here itself.

We made a choice to move to Goa with no connections whatsoever and it was really tough in the first few months.

Our first apartment was a tiny 1 BHK where five of us (three males & two females) lived, sharing one washroom and using one of the rooms for our work.

The wifi in Goa back then wasn't great either, so we had to travel to co-working spaces thrice a week to conduct webinars.
There were also instances wherein we had to do webinars at 5 AM in the morning because Saurabh used to work in the western market so we stayed back at the co-working space for the entire night, slept on the sofa, washed our face in the morning, conducted the webinar, then had breakfast and continued working for the entire day at the same place.

This continued for almost an year.

There were days when the elderly people in the society cut our WiFi lines and troubled us a lot as most of them didn’t even understand what our work was and were baffled to see us make videos in the society and work till late nights.

But we kept pushing and eventually got the results we wanted.

Now, we have a huge two-floor office in Goa, and we've even rented seven additional flats for ourselves and our growing team.
We've also had the opportunity to host multiple hugely successful events here.

It all goes to show that anything is possible if you're willing to make the tough decisions.

I feel blessed to call Goa my second home and hope that this post inspires you to push harder in your journey.
