Throwback to my Sunday lunch with and at 2 weeks ago. While I’ve ordered in sandwiches and dessert crepes from Suzette over the years, I never got around to indulging in their savoury crepes. Boy, do I regret it. Ordered the Fermiere Crepe - Spanish Ham, Sunny Side Up Egg and Sautéed Mushrooms on a bed of creamy Spinach filling a Buckwheat Crepe. My mild concerns over too many fillings were misplaced as I experienced crispiness, creaminess and gooey mess in each bite. Followed up the heavenly crepe with a Paris-Brest and a Strawberry Tart of sorts for our sugar fix. Revisit I shall, to try their Estragon Crepe!
