In recent times there has been a lot of interest in DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) Solar Panels especially in residential solar rooftop installations. DCR is a term coined by the MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) to encourage the use of Made-in-India solar panels.

Both the policies are against users, due to ALMM compulsion, best quality imported manufacturer can not sale their P V Panels in Indian Market.....ultimately poor quality and substandard Indian production became an ultimate option.

Similarly, entire world knows Chaina has the best in class quality and production capacity into Photovoltaic panels.

Then also Indian MNRE Ministry of New Renewable Energy wish us to buy the Panels from Indian manufacturer which are not only expensive but don't have any governments control over quality and inspection.

God knows which hidden power influence to change these policies as per their convinient

We all knew that Coal, Oil and Gas are running out the stock and in future dependency on fuels shall be an inappropriate decision for climate change.

Due carbon emission and other few factors we have to switch on Renewable sources and Solar Power is an abandoned green and clean source of energy.

My humble request to Sir, Modiji to look into following major factors which can make his decision more powerful......

GST on Solar is nothing but asking customer to pay in advancr and the same amount will be given them back as subsidy...🌄

Import duty on Solar Components is so high....module mfg should be under some price bracket.🌄🙏

Warranty and Guarantee given for Solar P V Modules needs to be either ensure by MNRE since P V Panels are MNRE approved or needs to given by an Govt. Approved Insurance company.🌄🙏

There shall be good incentives for SSI and Small scale business units under some bracket.🌄🙏

There shall be special cases where we can club the solar power to existing grid....

A. Hydro Power Plant
B. Co Gen Power Plants
C. Bio Gas and Agro Power Gen Plants.
D. Existing Wind Mills....etc.🌄🙏

1. Solar Pumps through Kusum Yojna
Needs proper third party inspection for its effectiveness on field.....whether Agri. Pumping Under Kusum is running successfully.

2. For farmers PM has launched Utility Scale Solar Park KUSUM Yojna where farmer couldn't participate, since business model is design is not meant to participate Farmers directly.

3. Farmers grid connected program under KUSUM up to 20kWp has also not implemented.
