BACARDÍ Legacy finalist Vineeth Krishnan is on a mission to create a more sustainable hospitality industry with his El Coco grant 🌱♻️💚
India's 2021 global finalist has devised 'Project Natura' - an eco-friendly way to grow fresh cocktail ingredients for his bar using hydroponics.
"The key idea is to train bartenders in order to grow their own crops for their own bars. Preserving nature is what we need to focus in the coming future, and 'Project Natura' will educate bartenders on gardening and agricultural processes."
Despite facing huge logistical challenges due to the impact of coronavirus in India, Vineeth now has his first Hydroponic system and the project is underway. Good luck .vineeth, we can't wait to see 'Project Natura' come to life!

It's all about the 'Alquimia' for India's finalist Vineeth Krishnan .vineeth! Take a look at these beautiful flavours...

- 50ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
- 12.5ml ST GERMAIN Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 dashes absinthe  
- 5ml citric acid solution
- 2 dashes celery salt solution
- 1 neem leaf

Method: Shake and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass, then garnish with a neem leaf.
