We are delighted to welcome Arjun Malhotra to our office in Dubai. Arjun joins as a Vessel Manager within our technical management team, he will manage all technical matters to ensure the safe operation of our fleet.

Arjun has 16 years of experience in the maritime industry. Before joining the Group, He was a Technical Superintendent for 3 years managing different types of bulk carriers.

Arjun holds a degree in MSC Technical Ship Management and is a Chartered Marine Engineer.

Congratulations to Captain Khalid Hussain Mahar who was promoted from Chief Officer to Master last week! His promotion ceremony was held in Dubai with our Chairman Imtiaz Shaikh and our CEO Numair Shaikh doing the honors!

Tomini welcomes another Handymax vessel, acquiring a 2016 Chinese-built 39,099 DWT bulk carrier Interlink Audacity, which has been renamed Tomini Mistral and takes the fleet size to 19.

Tomini Shipping has again added to its fleet of dry bulk carriers with the purchase of three Handymax, acquiring a 2016 Chinese-built 37,985 DWT Tomini Bora, 37,983 DWT Tomini Ghibli and 37,896 DWT Tomini Norte.

"Throughout 2022 we will be growing our fleet to meet the global transportation needs of our clients and to meet market demands”, commented Numair Shaikh, CEO.

Tomini switches our lights off to mark !

Tomini Shipping has again added to its fleet of dry bulk carriers with the purchase of a Handymax, acquiring a 2016 Chinese-built 37,976 DWT bulk carrier Nord Colorado, which has been renamed Tomini Zonda and takes the fleet size to 17.

What a breathtaking photo of our 81,092 DWT kamsarmax vessel sailing under a purple sunset at the South Indian Ocean! Tomini Royalty is the latest addition to our fleet, she was built in late 2021 with an overall length of 299 meters.

We are delighted to share that Tomini Nobility and Tomini Royalty have achieved Qualship 21 certifications by the United States Coast Guard. Congratulations to all the teams involved!
