We are thrilled to announce that our Grade 9 acorn, Master Vaibhav Chejerla, has achieved an incredible milestone by becoming one of the top 100 students from the RO Vijayawada region in the prestigious Aryabhata Ganit Challenge-2023! 🎉📚

The Aryabhata Ganit Challenge is a two-stage test initiated by CBSE, designed to evaluate how students apply mathematical principles in their daily lives. This year, the challenge witnessed a massive participation of 8,590 students at the national level in its second stage.

Acorns from diverse backgrounds came together to share their perspectives on the significance of quality education in fostering peace within society. Through insightful interviews, they emphasized the transformative power of education in shaping individuals and communities.

While one acorn highlighted how access to quality education serves as a catalyst for personal growth, fostering empathy and understanding among individuals from different walks of life, yet another acorn stressed the role of education in equipping future leaders with the skills necessary to address global challenges, promoting a culture of peace and cooperation.

Amidst the interviews, a heart touching moment unfolded when acorns expressed their thoughts through a heartfelt poem. The verses resonated with themes of unity, tolerance, and the pivotal role education plays in building bridges between cultures.

Silver Oaks EDx - A platform to nurture the orator in every acorn was a 3-day event where the young acorns exhibited remarkable courage as they took the stage to articulate their thoughts on various topics. The auditorium buzzed with energy as young speakers passionately conveyed their ideas, showcasing a spectrum of perspectives. Audience witnessed not just polished speeches, but also the genuine excitement of students embracing the art of public speaking. Parents being judges added more value to the event.

Acorns explored the cloth-making process, from raw materials to finished products. They engaged in hands-on paper weaving, with tiny hands working wonders, coordinating strips with precision and estimating alignments. It was a visual treat to see them engrossed in this activity! Through this, they enhanced their motor skills and let their creativity shine with unique designs. Cheers to our little weavers!

As part of the inquiry, the PP II acorns had a wonderful time discovering the fascinating process of cloth-making!
Excitement on their little faces was clearly evident as they delved into the journey from exploring soft cotton flowers to making white fabric colorful. 🌿🎨
