Palpation - Mobile, non tender

USG - Well defined heterogenously hypo echoic lesion with internal vascularity in subcutaneous plane overlying
sacrococcygeal region
MRI - Subcutaeous sacrococcygeal myxopappilary ependymoma
Gross Description
Received multiple small core of tissue bits, total measures 2.0x1.5 cm in size.
Entire tissue bits are submitted.
Histopathology Diagnosis: Myxopapillary Ependymoma
WHO Grade - 2 (According to 2021 WHO classification of CNS tumor)
