Intro:- Today on 22nd April 2024, AGS, Ziran celebrated Earth Day with enthusiasm, commitment, and a sense of responsibility towards our planet. The event was a culmination of educational activities, interactive sessions, and eco-conscious initiatives aimed at raising awareness about environmental conservation and sustainable practices.
The day began with an inspiring assembly, where students and teachers gathered to reflect on the importance of Earth Day and the significance of protecting our planet. A thought-provoking speech emphasized the urgent need for collective action to address environmental challenges, urging everyone to take responsibility for their ecological footprint.
Description:- Throughout the day, various activities were organized to engage students in meaningful discussions and practical initiatives. A highlight of the event was the tree planting ceremony, where students, teachers, and staff came together to plant saplings on the school campus. This symbolic gesture symbolized our commitment to nurturing and preserving the natural world for future generations. Additionally, a recycling drive was conducted to encourage waste reduction and proper disposal practices among students and staff.
In the spirit of creativity and innovation, students showcased their artistic talents through eco-themed art exhibitions. From paintings depicting pristine landscapes to spoken word performances advocating for environmental stewardship, the artworks served as poignant reminders of the beauty and fragility of our planet.
Conclusion:- As the day concluded, there was a sense of accomplishment and renewed determination among students and staff to continue their efforts towards building a more sustainable and resilient future. The Earth Day celebration at AGS, Ziran served as a catalyst for inspiring positive change and fostering a deeper appreciation for the natural world that sustains us all.

Visit of Miss to AGS, Ziran on 15 Apr 2024. Miss Anamika Singh Adaa, a Motivational speaker has touched over 01 million lives by contributing to not only participants’ skills but also their well-being, using dance, meditation and other art forms as a medium to make them realize the freedom to explore and experience all emotions, and express them through the physicilisation of their soul. This purpose has given birth to Adaa’s i to I wellness journey, empowering people to navigate both physical and mental concerns, and grow holistically.

The aim and objective of the workshop was to engage the minds and hearts of people in such a way that motivates them to think more clearly, see opportunities and move forward with action.

The Workshop was attended by students of class 7th, 9th & 10th and Teachers of AGS, Ziran.

The Workshop started with motivational speech in which she emphasized the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and emotional well-being, offering practical tips for achieving balance in all aspects of life. For session likely covered topics such as stress management, healthy life style habits, mindfulness techniques, and the importance of self-care. Overall her lecture likely left a lasting impact on the audience, inspiring them to prioritize their holistic wellness journey. Miss Singh encouraged participants to integrate holistic practices into their daily routines, including movements, meditation, self-care rituals, and meaningful connections with others. The holistic approach to wellbeing Miss Singh has shared some formulas like F5 (fall, fail, feel, flow & fly) and i to I techniques.

During a recent event, our talented students showcased their creativity and ingenuity by developing prototypes of a vacuum cleaner, RC water sprayer, and Solar fan in guidence with their renowned teacher . Their dedication and hard work were truly commendable, and it's inspiring to see such innovative thinking among our young minds.
Their efforts did not go unnoticed. Brig & Mrs Suhas Matte Cdr 79 Mnt Bd, Col & Mrs RS Rawat appreciated our students for their remarkable projects. Furthermore, the higher authorities honoured them with great honor and appreciation for their outstanding contributions.

Brig & Mrs Suhas Matte Cdr 79 Mnt Bd, Col & Mrs RS Rawat visited AGS, Ziran on 01 Apr
2024 to distribute free text books to 172 x BPL Students and to felicitate the meritorious students of Session 2023. The aim and objective of distributing books among BPL students is to ensure that all children,regardless of their economic background, have access to educational resources. By providing books we aim to promote literacy, empower students to succeed academically, and break the cycle of poverty by giving them the tools they need to learn and grow, and to felicitate meritorious students to recognise their academic achievements and Hardwork, to boost their confidence, self-esteem and sense of pride in their achievements.

Faizan Afrooz student of class 8th of AGS Ziran won Gold Medal and Cash prize of Rs: 10 thousand in Salalom Skiing under 16 age category

Showkat Ahmad Beigh student of class 9th of AGS Ziran won Gold Medal and cash prize of Rs: 10 thousand in x country under 16 age category.

Jaffar Ahmad student of class 9th of AGS Ziran won Gold Medal and Cash prize of Rs: 10 thousand in G salalam senior category.

Fazil Ahmad student of class 7th of AGS Ziran won bronze Medal and Cash Prize of Rs: 3 thousand in Salalom Skiing under 16 age category.

**Celebration of Republic Day**

Today Republic Day was celebrated at AGS Ziran with great fevor and enthusiasm.
Celebrations started with wreath lying ceremony ,Followed by Flag Hoisting by Oic AGS Ziran, Maj Abishek and some speeches by students.
Our Republic Day celebrations were not just a commemoration; they were a reflection of our commitment to uphold the principles of democracy, equality, and diversity.we came together to honour the visionary leaders who gifted us our Constitution and laid the foundation for our democratic republic.

Sweet distribution and Tea with troops were also the highlights of the day.

In the first edition of Imtiyaz Memorial cricket cup played at Imtiyaz Memorial Govt Higher Secondary School Khaipora. beat by 5 wickets... the captain of AGS Ziran played a blistering knock and take his team to victory.

VISIT OF PROF DINESH PRASAD SAKLANI DIRECTOR, NCRET TO AGS ZIRAN

Prof Dinesh Prasad Saklani, Director, NCERT visited AGS, Ziran accompanied with Prof PK Mandal, Secretary, NCERT, Prof Sudhir Singh, Director, Academics JKBOSE and Dr Arif Jan, Deputy Director, Academics JKBOSE on 06 Oct 2023. The Director, NCERT was briefed by Maj Vinay Pathania, OIC, AGS, Ziran and Mr Maqsood Ahmad Khan, Principal, AGS, Ziran on various teaching and administrative initiatives / methodologies undertaken to impart quality education to the students in all spheres of their curriculum.

He also appreciated the dedicated efforts put by staff and army and also complimented the faculty in achieving the high standards in the varied fields viz academics, sports and extracurricular activities. Moreover he exhorted all the teachers to continue strive towards excellence in near future.

Today on 05th of September 2023 our school celebrated Annual Day with great enthusiasm. Many eminent dignitaries were present at the annual day celebration. All the students and their parents were invited to this function.The students from kindergarten Classes entertained everyone with their beautiful welcome dance. The programme continued with the mind-blowing performance got a standing ovation and much praise from the audience. The parents kept cheering for their children who were performing on the stage. Later on Prizes and Certificates were also distributed among the toppers and Achievers.The program ended with the Principal proposing the vote of thanks and extending his warm regards to everyone present at the Annual Day function.
