An enriching Webinar with Mr Arunkumar HG, addressing students of DPS Gurgaon, he talks about his work through a presentation, discussing environmental concerns and sensitivity of climate change. Working in rural India and reviving folk art is the foremost similarity between sculptors Arunkumar and Amar Nath Sehgal. Sehgal worked with communities engaging with various art forms such as tribal/ ritual art, teaching new forms and techniques. As an educator, he helped rural artists well as worked on a pilot project in Jharsa District in 1953 with the government. Artist Arunkumar also works with rural development through livelihoods and multiple projects based on sustainability and eco friendly techniques. His art has developed into natural and engaging forms. His most recent work has been reviving rivers and bio diversities as well, currently designing a concept village. Both artists have worked on helping socio- cultural life of villages.

In addition to our Delhi - NCR project, we are proud to introduce our most recent revival, this gorgeous sculpture made by the artist.

The bust of Mr Lala Lajpat Rai, a prominent nationalist leader who played an important role in India’s struggle for freedom. His fierce brand of patriotism and potent vocalism against the British rule earned him the title of ‘Punjab Kesari’ or the Lion of the Punjab.

The sculpture can be found in Lala Lajpat Rai park, Jangpura.
