Captured this white heron while it’s taking off to fly in Amboseli
Captured this one horned waterbuck in Masaimara. Loved the way he posed for the photograph. One of the horn he might have lost in a fight. They prefer grassland habitat that is close to water. The best habitats are by draining lines and in valleys. While they prefer dry ground, they remain close to water for food and as an escape from predators.

Clicked this pair of dull brownish black-lored babbler with a pale eye. This angry looking darkly streaked and blotched below, can show a white throat and variable white markings on the underparts. Found in a range of open habitats, including savanna, scrub, cultivation, and forest edge. Almost always in small groups, which feed by hopping across the ground. High-pitched raucous babbling call is frequently given, usually by a whole group in chorus.

Both of them were at the ground and flew suddenly to the top of that Acacia tree. Missed to capture their wonderful flight.
Clicked this fairly long-tailed dark and glossy Rüppell's starling in .park . Sometimes looks black, but in good light, shows iridescence that is mostly purple. Found in moist savanna, woodland, gardens, and cultivated areas, often on the ground, typically in small flocks. The loud and complex vocalizations include a mix of rattles, scratches, and piercing whistles.
Clicked this village weaver (Ploceus cucullatus), also known as the spotted-backed weaver or black-headed weaver in .park . Village weavers are colonial breeders.Village weavers feed principally on seeds and grain, and can be a crop pest, but it will readily take insects, especially when feeding young, which partially redresses the damage to agriculture. The calls of this bird include harsh buzzes and chattering.
We could all learn something from a mother's unconditional love.
Mother giraffe is nuzzling and stroking her young calf to show affection - also to indicate the necessity of avoiding danger seeing our pickup suddenly at the front .park .

A day well spent in Akagera National Park
Portrait of Cheetah captured in Masaimara National Reserve
Another portrait of the king 👑. It was captured recently in Masaimara.
Wanted to capture an bird with Cape buffalo for quite some time. This time I could capture a decent one in Masaimara National Park. The Cape Buffalo have a symbiotic relationship with the Oxpecker birds. The Oxpeckers sit on the buffalo eating any ticks or insects. They also warn the buffalo if danger is nearby.
Captured this Silverbird in Masaimara..
African Fish Eagle captured in Masaimara
This graceful Great Egret was captured in the wetland of . Due to less windy climate and favorable lighting conditions, I was lucky to have captured the reflection well.
There are no more iconic species to capture the pic than African lions. It gives lot of satisfaction upon a successful capture. As it’s really difficult to find a pride and yet more difficult to find and capture Jungle King in the frame ..
A to all my insta friends.
Captured this landscape in the midst of Masaimara. Parts of burnt field with tree created this beautiful landscape.
