AIC-RNTU Foundation successfully organized Kick off Session of EO GSEA Bhopal Chapter 2023-24 followed by a Mentoring Session on "Legal Entities, IPR and Companies Law" by Mr. Ravi Vaswani, Partner at Zentrum Law.

Overview of the Session

-Legal entities are recognized structures (e.g., corporations), IPR safeguards creative assets, and Companies Law governs corporate formation and operation.

-Mr. Ravi stated "Ensuring legal compliance in a company involves adhering to applicable laws and regulations in areas such as business operations, employment, intellectual property, and contractual obligations to mitigate legal risks and promote ethical business practices".

-After the session on Legal Entities, IPR and Companies Law participants got an idea of Properly addressing legality in a business or corporation that results in enhanced regulatory compliance, reduced legal risks, protection of intellectual property, improved contractual relationships, and overall, a more secure and ethically sound operational environment, fostering sustainable business growth.

◾ The event was conducted for the students of LNCT Group in hybrid mode.

◾ Mr. L M N Shahdeo, Program Executive, IDEX-DIO gave a brief about IDEX-DIO and initiatives by them and then elaborated various challenges open for innovators, startups and MSMEs.

◾ He also talked about eligibility criterias, process to register and benefits that one could get while applying for challenges. Mr. Shahdeo also mentioned the cutting edge technologies Idex is focusing on.

3 Day Bootcamp witnessed various speaker like Mr. Niranjan Demanna ↗️, HDFC Bank Parivartan SmartUp Grant, Mr. Jeet V., CEO MeitY Startup Hub, Mr. Ananth Aravamudan, Chief of Strategy- Villgro, Mr. Devansh Peshin, Ms Savitha G Ananth , Ms. Akshata Surej Ms. Agomoni Bose and more from team Villgro who walked us through the various aspects of running an incubation centre and make it self sustainable.

We also visited NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore and understood their services, programs and support for startups and students.

To instil the sense of entrepreneurship amongst the students of our partner institute- Sant Hirdaram Institute of Management; AIC-RNTU foundation organized a Session on Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and a visit to incubation centre to elucidate on entrepreneurship, startup culture, ecosystem, programs & offerings of AIC-RNTU.

AIC-RNTU encouraged students to come up with ideas to be a significant part in support of women entrepreneurship whilst extending our support to all the budding studentpreneurs
