As I reflect on life's journey, I can't help but ponder the age-old question: "What is the purpose of my life?" 🤔
For me, the purpose isn't a one-size-fits-all answer. It's an ongoing exploration, a journey of self-discovery, and a commitment to growth. It's about finding meaning in every moment, no matter how big or small.
Whether it's in our personal lives or our careers, discovering purpose gives us direction, fuels our passion, and fosters a sense of fulfillment. It's the compass that guides us through challenges and celebrates our victories.
I believe that by embracing our uniqueness, embracing our values, and pursuing what truly matters to us, we uncover the purpose that's been waiting within us all along.
Let's engage in a meaningful dialogue: What does purpose mean to you, and how do you pursue it in your life? 🤝
Elevate Your Standards
In life, we are our own toughest competitors. It's not about outdoing others; it's about consistently raising the bar for ourselves.
Every day presents an opportunity to grow, learn, and achieve more. So, why settle for mediocrity when you can aim for excellence?
Challenge yourself to:
Set higher goals
Learn new skills
Embrace failure as a stepping stone
Seek mentorship and guidance
Remember, success isn't a destination; it's a continuous journey.
Raise the bar for yourself, and you'll be amazed at how high you can soar!
It is always wonderful to bump into old friends.
It was lovely meeting you Sarmistha Niyogi.

In the intricate web of life, cause and effect are the fundamental threads that weave our destinies. Each action we take, every decision we make, sets in motion a chain of events that eventually leads to outcomes, whether positive or negative.
Once we have created the right causes, we must trust in the natural process of cause and effect to manifest the desired outcomes.
It's important to remember that the effect may not be immediate, and setbacks or obstacles may arise along the way. However, by staying committed to our chosen causes, we increase the likelihood of the effect we desire becoming a reality.
Hence, our actions today shape our tomorrows. By consciously making choices that align with our goals and values, we can steer our lives in the direction we desire. While the path may not always be smooth, trust in the power of cause and effect to bring about the desired outcomes. So, take charge of your life, set the right causes in motion, and watch as the effects unfold in a way that aligns with your aspirations and dreams.
Day 2 of our training session for staff members of a church in Nagaland. Trained them on creating happy workplace including 5SLean.
Overall a very satisfying experience.
Facilitated a session on “Effective Communication” myself along with Monijinjir Byapari who facilitated a session on “Etiquette and Grooming” for the staff of a church in Nagaland.
A joyful experience of interacting with an amazingly receptive crowd.
All set for the 1st day of my 2 day training session.
Not all "clean freaks" have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
While some people who are very particular about cleanliness may have OCD, many do not.
Being fastidious about cleanliness or having a strong preference for a clean environment is not the same as having a clinical mental health condition like OCD.
OCD involves intrusive, distressing thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors (compulsions) that interfere with a person's daily life.
It's essential not to stereotype or stigmatize people based on their cleaning habits.

In life situations it's not the external challenges or circumstances that necessarily lead to failure but the internal vulnerabilities or weaknesses that allow those challenges to have a detrimental impact.

Happy Teachers' Day!
On this special day, as we celebrate Teachers' Day in India,I want to express my heartfelt gratitude and love to my spiritual mentor Daisaku Ikeda and all the amazing teachers who have played a significant role in shaping my life.
Your dedication, passion, and unwavering support have been the guiding light in my life's journey. You've not only imparted knowledge but also instilled valuable life lessons that I carry with me every day.
Thank you for helping me believe in my potential, and for inspiring me to become who I am today.
To all the teachers who've made a difference in my life, I salute you! 🙏
Let's celebrate and honour the incredible educators who continue to make a positive impact on countless lives.
Manipulative people often prioritize their own desires and goals over the well-being of others because they lack empathy and ethical boundaries.
They may be driven by a strong desire for personal gain, power, or control, which can lead them to manipulate and exploit others without concern for the harm caused.
They do not understand the concept of boundaries.
It's essential to recognize and avoid such individuals to protect yourself and maintain healthy relationships.

I would like to expose a situation. If your children (or grandchildren) don’t learn to play with children with special needs at school, maybe you should spend 10 minutes tonight explaining it to them. Because, although they don't currently live with these children at school, they will find them in their lives for sure.
In light of recent events regarding the exclusion of a child with autism from attending a school trip and a child with Down Syndrome being expelled from dance class because she couldn't keep up with it, I feel the need to share this. There are boys and girls that no one invites to birthday parties. There are special children who want to be part of a team but are not selected because it's more important to win than to include these children. Kids with special needs aren't weird, they just want what everyone wants: to be accepted!
Can I ask a question? Is there anyone willing to copy and paste this post on their wall without sharing it, like I did, for all the special children out there?
Please teach your children to be kind to these beautiful children!
Everyone needs love and kindness.
Seeking with boldness and positivity can create a stronger sense of belief and intention, enhancing your connection to the qualities you're seeking.
By focusing on abundance and positive qualities like wisdom, clarity, purity, peace, love, and light, you open yourself to greater possibilities and align your mindset with growth and positivity.
This can foster a sense of empowerment and attract these qualities into your life.
Be Bold in Your Prayers
Life is all about enjoying the moments.
Enjoying something as simple as walking in a mall and observing people can be quite rewarding.
It's a chance to people-watch, observe their interactions, and perhaps even create stories in my mind about people and their situations.
Situations like this help me fully immerse myself in the experience and find enjoyment in the present moment.
ENJOY THE MOMENTS LIFE THROWS AT YOU😊
You cannot alter the perceptions of others at will, for each individual's viewpoint is shaped by their unique experiences, beliefs, and biases.
Attempting to control how others perceive you can be a futile endeavour, as their interpretations are beyond your direct influence.
Instead, concentrate on expressing yourself authentically, embodying your values, being firm in your beliefs.
By doing so, you offer the most accurate representation of yourself.
Focus on your authenticity.
Accept people as they are, but place them where they belong.
You are the CEO of your life.
Hire, fire & promote accordingly.
Surround yourself with those who uplift, inspire, and genuinely care.
Life's too short for toxic connections. Choose wisely, let go gracefully.

In life, we all encounter challenges, setbacks, and moments of pain.
It's natural to feel hurt and sorrow in such situations, but it's also important to recognize that these experiences can be powerful teachers, guiding us towards personal growth and resilience.
Embracing this mindset requires a conscious effort to seek the silver lining in even the darkest of clouds.
Rather than succumbing to despair, we can choose to ask ourselves:
What can I learn from this situation?
How can I use this experience to become a stronger, wiser individual?
By reframing our mindset, we empower ourselves to find meaning and purpose in our struggles.
Please keep in mind that adopting this perspective does not mean ignoring our emotions or suppressing our pain. Rather, it's about acknowledging our feelings while also recognizing that these emotions are temporary.
As time passes, the intensity of our hurt will diminish, but the lessons we've learned will remain.
LEARN and LIVE HAPPY 😀
Happiness often comes from responding thoughtfully to situations instead of reacting impulsively.
Take a moment to reflect....This will lead to more constructive conversations and decisions.
This will allow for better control over emotions and more positive outcomes.
Live Happy 😊

Home is where the heart is, and it's not about the size of the house, but the love and warmth that fills its walls.
Small spaces can radiate big love.
The size of the house doesn't determine its happiness.
A joyful home is built on love, laughter, and shared moments.

🇮🇳 This Independence Day, let's not only celebrate our freedom but also strive to free ourselves from negativity. Freedom from negative emotions is a liberating and transformative goal that can greatly enhance our overall well-being and quality of life towards creating a happy country.
🇮🇳 Challenge negative self-talk by replacing it with more balanced and positive thoughts. Be your own supportive and encouraging friend. Let's work towards a land free of malice, judgement and hatred.
🇮🇳 When we choose to let go of malice and judgment, we create space for understanding, empathy, and compassion in our interactions with others. thereby creating a happier society.
🇮🇳 While independence is valuable, it's not always absolute. Interdependence—mutual reliance and cooperation between individuals and communities—is also essential for a functional society.
🇮🇳 Let us create a more harmonious and supportive environment where individuals are empowered while recognising the value of collaboration and shared responsibilities.
HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY 🇮🇳
When you feel blessed for all the happy moments the universe has to offer.
