1) Health is something which you can preserve when you are healthy.

2) following a healthy lifestyle, a clean diet, exercise, spa, workout, yoga is not only for people with extra pounds or health issues or illness.

3) The best time to work on your health is when you are healthy because then you can preserve it and better your condition.

4) Following Preventive measures instead of curative or remedial hacks can get you great vitality and longevity..

5). Approach should be holistic! You have to work on complete overall well being (physical, mental, emotional, sexual hormonal and spiritual).

6) No matter if your workout and diet is good, if you don't get proper rest and sleep nothing will work.

7) Remember we are born healthy not fit! So for fitness, one should do a regular workout.

8) With food you get energy only But strength comes with exercise only.

9) Don't follow any diet or workout l because you need to lose some weight or reverse any health ailment only, follow it because you should.

10) As a Human body we can experience pain thresholds only so we only address what is painful i.e back pain, neck etc but most dangerous lifestyle disorders come silently diabetes, pcod, cancer, thyroid, fibrosis, Anxiety, hormonal imbalance, weight gain, heart attack.
