AvocadođĨ can be a great fruit for diabetesđ and many other health conditions. It is a source of very many vitaminsđ and mineralsđĻ. Some people can be allergic avocadođĨ so before taking it double checkđĩī¸. Itâs really great for snacking𤤠in between mealsđą.
Have enough fiberđŊ and waterđĢ in your diet. You eat protein, fat and carbohydrateđĨ for your own healthđĻ¸ââī¸. Recently I had to visit Rome. âī¸ A quick work trip for my medical research.

Why not buy a little plantđĨ with flowers and keep it by your windowđĒ? A little color of the flowerđ and greens of its leavesđĒ´ are scientifically proven to elevate your moodđĨŗ and healthđĒ. Read about it and do it todayđ.
It is better to spot a colorectal cancer by doing a yearly pottyđŠ test for hidden blood𩸠in the potty. It is best done after the age of 50đ§ââī¸. Do not wait for blood coming out on the stools. In developed countries, testsđ§Ē for hidden blood are routinely done after 50. By taking more fruitsđ, vegetablesđĨ and fibersđĨĻ and doing exercisesđī¸, you can avoid colorectal cancerđ¤.
Patientâs safety is a joint responsibilityđ¤ between patientđ¤, doctorđ§ââī¸ and their familyđ¨âđŠâđ§âđĻ. Avoiding unnecessary antibioticđ, avoiding risk of fallđĨ´, drinking enough waterđĢ and recognizing first subtle signs of sepsisđˇ- are some ways to make a patient safeđ¤.

British system is more in line with expectation and hope of modern Indian patients. British guidelines are more suitable to Indian population instead of American guidelines. Just like government of England, here the patient pays, out of their pocket. And they need to know which treatment works and which are just glitters on newspapers and city advertisements.
Despite its lacunae NHS must continue to exist. At least to spread the ray of hope to the world. That, yes it is possible to provide cutting edge medical treatment to the patient and that to do that, government does not have to scramble for the cheapest and lowest quality. Instead of buying lunchđą every day at your work canteenđĢ, try to bring home packed lunchđĨĒ at least half-of-the-days of the week. It will be more healthy and cheaper toođ°. Lunch is a great time to have vegetablesđĨ.
First week of Marchđ is celebrated as school breakfastđą week to keep us aware about the nutritious breakfastđ, especially for school going childrenđ§. Give him plenty of protein and make a heavy mealđĨ so that his metabolism kick startsđĻ¸ââī¸, brighten early every dayâī¸ and he can avoid being overweightđ¤ĸ in future.

The journey starts when you are not even thinking about cancer. Prevention is cheaper and better than cure. Decades back we never thought people could survive tuberculosis, typhoid or plague but today we expect one to survive. We need crusade against cancer. We need awareness. We need to kill the taboos. We need to TALK! In the local environment finding impartial/ genuine widespread awareness may not be very easy, this page aims to provide unbiased truths about gynaecological cancer.
