Launched in the summer of 2021, the Green Mango & Naga Chilli Bar is very special to us at La Folie. Born out of ’s childhood memories of her summer holidays spent with her grandma who would make mango pickles and candies from fresh produce every season, the Green Mango & Naga Chilli Bar is an nostalgic nod to the yesteryears. She would see her grandmother use a blend of Indian spices like amchur and red chilli in her pickles and candies and this chocolate bar pairs all that familiarity of candied mango, spices with our artisanal chocolate.

Made with Totapuri mango amchur sourced from and ’s organic mangoes, this bar truly embodies the essence of summer. Its unique flavor quickly captured the hearts of our patrons at La Folie, earning it a permanent place on our menu. Join us this summer, devour a mango + chocolate pairing like no other.
