2 easy steps to conquer your hunger and cravings.
This is how I beat it and you can too.

Hunger and cravings are the biggest enemies of weight loss.

Eating clean and controlling hunger is extremely difficult.
I struggled with it in the first month when I was losing weight.

Looking back it's easy to see why:

❌ Lack of discipline.
❌ Lack of proper education.
❌ Easy availability of unhealthy food.

But when I zoomed in.

I zeroed down on 2 major factors.

➡️ Carb-dominant diet in the recent past.
➡️ Lack of sufficient sleep.

My breakfast was one bowl of Oats with nuts dipped in sugar-sweetened milk.

And sometimes, 2 slices of bread with a thick layer of jam with a sugar-sweetened cup of tea or coffee.

Full of highly refined and ultra-processed carbs.

It spiked my blood sugar and Insulin levels.

For a while, I felt full.

But just after 2 hours, I was hungry again.

💡When you eat too much sugar, you would be perpetually hungry.

Secondly, lack of sleep increased my cortisol levels.

Which again made me crave some more sugary food later.

I was on a sugar rollercoaster ride.

Stress made me turn to food for comfort and stress relief.

It became challenging to achieve my weight loss goals.

And it made me feel frustrated and stuck!

So how can you get over it?

Follow this. 👇

↪️ Start protein protein-dominant breakfast.

✅ Be mindful of what you eat and enjoy every morsel.
✅ Some sauteed golden brown cheese cubes or
✅ 2 or more boiled eggs or
✅ Sauteed beef rib.

It will keep you satiated till lunch.

You might even feel like skipping lunch.

And that's fine.

↪️ Prioritise sleep and control stress to avoid that cortisol surge.

Even if you do everything perfectly but compromise your sleep, you won't lose weight.

And that's for sure.

✅ Fix your sleeping schedule.
✅ Aim for at least 7 hours of sleep.
✅ Stop using your mobile 2 hours before sleep.
✅ Sunlight exposure for 10 minutes in the morning.

And this is how you conquer your bad cravings and emotional eating.
